Great service! My husband had the fried haddock. Batter was light and crispy. Best fried haddock ever! Also I had the lobster roll and they were nice and made it for me without mayo. A little butter on the side to drizzle, just the way I like it. We sat on the deck and they were dog friendly. Owner's grand... More

I could not have asked for any better. Had the fish and scallop combo with a beer. I sat on the deck with the nice ocean breeze. Everything was perfect. Fish and scallops were very fresh and lightly battered. Beer ice cold. Blue skies. Warm sun. Fresh breeze.

The lobster roll, fish and chips, fried clams and fried scallops are out of this world! Great vibe, and fantastic service. AND, as an added treat, you can pick up organic veggies to take home. This is a must visit, if you're lucky enough to be on Deer Island.

We happened upon this small cafe while exploring Deer Island. The server was very friendly and told us all about her amazing organic garden. They were selling her home grown veggies right there in the restaurant. Amazing what the island can produce. We ordered the special which was a small lobster roll and Caesar salad for $11.99. Excellent. The roll... More

Doing some loaded bicycle touring of Deer Island, which is NOT flat. We finally arrived at this restaurant, and the food was okay, by no means amazing. We ordered Caesar salads, which were good, except no Caesar dressing, so we settled for Bleu cheese. But there's very little choice around here, so we were happy and full.

You get a lot of food for your money and the haddock was about the best I've had. The vegetables were overdone and potatoes underdone but the waitress was great and the atmosphere casual and friendly.

Great stop on drive around Deer Island. Friendly service, the Fried Haddock was great, but unfortunately the Fried Clams were too greasy.FYI they were selling a selection of very nice locally grown veggies.
