We both had the dinner special( ham, cheddar scalps, fresh veggies, homemade bun, and chicken/rice soup). You would not think this place was a good choice from the outside, but it sure was. Thanks to Michael from the Air Force Lodge for the suggestion.

Had the cheese omelette which was very greasy. Either they mixed the cheese in with the eggs or they forgot to put it in. Eggs were not mixed well as there were areas of egg white. Had to be the worst omelette I have ever had.

I know it doesn't look like much but I'm not eating the decor! Really nice people that run the place. We just had coffee and pie but it was good. Don't let the looks keep you from this jewel of Watson Lake.

I went there to eat, and came across the best woman i have ever met. fantastic chef and even better personality. Her name is Bettelou and she is the greatest! The food was amazing as well!

I travel for work and find myself in Watson lake annually. I have chosen BeeJays as my stop over for food. The prices are reasonable and the food is always tasty. I usually go for healthier fare like fish and salad and while it doesn't rank with a top notch steakhouse in a large metropolitan city for presentation; the food... More

I feel very sorry for the staff at this restaurant. They're stuck in Watson Lake. The town is a dump, but that doesn't mean you have to serve food dipped in axle grease. Next trip through will do everything to avoid eating in Watson Lake.

Yes, read the other reviews. Add to that, the twins make everything a little brighter. Ate dinner and breakfast there, with no regrets.

This is a small diner but the hamburger I ordered was great and would definitely recommend this spot.

had dinner special of frozen/breaded cod fillet, fried rice, coleslaw, iceburg lettuce salad. Better than frozen mass produced bison burger hubbie had but fish was very overcooked, coleslaw dripping in mayo, typical insipid northern salad. Fried rice had several veggies & they were crunchy. yum. Big portions, good value, beats burgers & pizza at only 2 other places.
