Quick pub food

Casual place for a quick bite. Fish and Chips were a bit greasy, and the waitress was pretty matter-of-fact, not too friendly.

Great view of the harbor/boats. My kids enjoyed watching the fisherman filetting the fish. The server was SUPER nice but the service was really slow and the food was mediocre. We really try to give establishments the benefit of the doubt but we couldn't find a reason for the slow service and lukewarm meal. We're tourists so probably won't have... More

I can't quite put my finger on it, but I loved this funky little place. Part of it was, I'm sure, that it was a balmy evening, we sat outside. The view was lovely. Watching the fishermen coming in and cleaning their fish at the fish station, throwing the scraps to the fighting seagulls, was pure entertainment for me. Only... More

We stopped to have a beer here on our way out of town. Really nice place. Wish we could've stayed longer.

Overlooking the marina, it's a great place for a drink and snacks or lunch. Ate lunch several times after fishing for hours. Nice relaxing deck and large indoor area as well. Good food for lunch, including burgers, fish and chips, salads, etc. a few bees on the deck were bothersome, but what the heck, we need bees!

We went here for dinner one night, the waitress was very sweet and did a very good job. Nice to see that they serve local Tofino Brewery beer. Food was good, with good prices and portions were perfect. Unfortunately there were a few VERY intoxicated people out on the deck that would not leave us alone, making us move into... More

Considering this pub has an expansive view over the harbour you would think that any sensible restauranteur would take full advantage and offer some version of an upmarket menu? If you want it fried this is the place to go. Pretty standard 2nd rate pub grub.........frozen food fried with chips. Service kinda slow because it is understaffed both in the... More

As the name says we managed to watch several eagles flying around the harbour. We sat on the back patio and enjoyed a great burger and a local beer. Service was good and the price was fair. I would certainly recommend this place.
