It"s obvious from the moment you walk in that the people here care about their food. Great atmosphere. And such good food in the display cases. Notwithstanding you can have a custom made sand wich we went for the vegetable torte and spanakopita. Both were great. i liked being able to see into the food preparation area and seeing the... The food was so yummy. Very healthy options including veg and vegan. Delicious baked goods. They serve Midnight Sun coffee, my favorite in the North!

We were there early in the morning and just wanted a cup of coffee to go. (Regular coffee...not a latte or anything fancy.) We went in, poured our own coffee from a dispenser in paper to-go cups, put cream in and went to the register to pay, and we were charged $7.00 for our 2 cups. Regular size paper cups!!... More

Karen, sorry to hear you thought our coffee is priced too high. We charge $3.30 for a large (16 oz.) drip coffee and we think that's a very reasonable price. If you'd brought in a reusable mug or used one of non-disposable ones, you'd have gotten a 50 cent discount on the coffees - I think you'd have a hard... More

No matter which way you come into Haines Junction you'll be looking for a place for a little break from the drive and this should top your list. The food is tasty and you should plan on a little something there and a to-go goody as well - Whitehorse, Haines and Beaver Creek are all a bit of a drive... More

What a comfortable space to relax and eat in. And, the food!! Abundant options and flavors. If we didn't live 2,500 miles away we would go often!

You have to look for this place - it's not on the main highways coming in and out of Haines Junction, but it's only 2-3 blocks away. Ask around for it - it's got new owners and they are trying new stuff. You can eat all variety of meals there. I visited in August 2014 and May 2015 and liked... More

I miss this place in winter so am very happy when it opens for the summer. We stopped by again this weekend. They make the only milkshake worth drinking and will make a flavor I request-yes, it's not asked for much and I have to explain it but they do it for me and it's great! good selection of ready... We stopped at this bakery on our way up to Alaska and on our way back! Delicious baked goods and hot chocolate! We also loved the cheesy breadsticks that we took for a snack on the road! Great stop for breakfast or lunch! Hard to believe this is such a great spot in such a remote location! The servers were... More
