Serving sizes of main courses are small and prices are high. Thirty five dollars for a small piece of fish. I would imagine the rent is pretty high here. The wait is too long as it is pretty popular here. But the food is pretty good so some credit for that. Obviously caters to the crowd that likes this sort... More

This was a great find - great service, choice of inside or patio (recommended on a warm evening, but make sure you make a reservation) seating, and really excellent Italian food. Had the M e B Calamari Starter, spicy enough but not overpowering, then we had 2 pasta dishes, both excellent and the wine choices available were very good. The... More

Mangia E Bevi was recommended by a friend who lives in Vancouver. It's his favourite restaurant and now I know why. The food was exquisite! Everything we had was excellent. The wine list is extensive with reasonable prices. Service was friendly and efficient.

Ate eastern dinner here with friends- the service was impeccable and the food tasted heavenly and was just delicious - worth the drive from Port Moody - I have rarely been so delighted with dinner out - cannot wait to revisit

We found Mangia E Bevi from my smartphone on the way into our West Vancouver lodging and enjoyed such a delightful dinner that we had to return the very next night. Among the antipasti, the beets and goat cheese an the house antipasto, and the were unbelievably flavorful. The house bread with virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar deserved almost... More

My adult children booked Mangia E Bevi for a 6:30pm Fathers Day dinner. Also on the agenda were tickets to Canada v Switzerland, Woman's World Cup at 4:30pm, obviously going to be a tight squeeze. Canada won, 2 of our group of 6 arrived 1 hour late to a fully booked restaurant. The server was excellent and patient with the... More

Firstly, let me say that I have never had a bad meal at this restaurant:) My favourite meal is the Filet Mignon with the Red Wine reduction...It's served with Gnocchi and caramelized onions but I substitute for greens and caramelized onions...We frequent this restaurant often as it is down the street from our house and it is always delicious!...The staff... Stopped mid week for dinner on return from Sunshine Coast, to avoid potential traffic on the Lion's Gate Bridge. Delicious selections of fish, seafood pasta, mushroom ravioli, and pesto pasta, along with salads and side of risotto. Good wine and tiramisu. Service was quick, friendly, and attentive. We took a pleasant 30-minute walk on the nearby west van sea wall... More

Unfortunately for visitors to Vancouver, dining at Mangia E Brevi means a drive over the often crowded Lions Gate Bridge. However, if on the north shore, a stop at this excellent Italian restaurant is very worthwhile. Service is good, atmosphere too, but a bit noisy later on weekends (we went early at 6:00PM) Food is excellent with good choices and... More
