wonderful food and service

Ate eastern dinner here with friends- the service was impeccable and the food tasted heavenly and was just delicious - worth the drive from Port Moody - I have rarely been so delighted with dinner out - cannot wait to revisit

We found Mangia E Bevi from my smartphone on the way into our West Vancouver lodging and enjoyed such a delightful dinner that we had to return the very next night. Among the antipasti, the beets and goat cheese an the house antipasto, and the were unbelievably flavorful. The house bread with virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar deserved almost... More

My adult children booked Mangia E Bevi for a 6:30pm Fathers Day dinner. Also on the agenda were tickets to Canada v Switzerland, Woman's World Cup at 4:30pm, obviously going to be a tight squeeze. Canada won, 2 of our group of 6 arrived 1 hour late to a fully booked restaurant. The server was excellent and patient with the... More

Firstly, let me say that I have never had a bad meal at this restaurant:) My favourite meal is the Filet Mignon with the Red Wine reduction...It's served with Gnocchi and caramelized onions but I substitute for greens and caramelized onions...We frequent this restaurant often as it is down the street from our house and it is always delicious!...The staff... Stopped mid week for dinner on return from Sunshine Coast, to avoid potential traffic on the Lion's Gate Bridge. Delicious selections of fish, seafood pasta, mushroom ravioli, and pesto pasta, along with salads and side of risotto. Good wine and tiramisu. Service was quick, friendly, and attentive. We took a pleasant 30-minute walk on the nearby west van sea wall... More

Unfortunately for visitors to Vancouver, dining at Mangia E Brevi means a drive over the often crowded Lions Gate Bridge. However, if on the north shore, a stop at this excellent Italian restaurant is very worthwhile. Service is good, atmosphere too, but a bit noisy later on weekends (we went early at 6:00PM) Food is excellent with good choices and... More

This restaurant has been around a while, which in Vancouver means that it must be pretty good. As the name implies, it is Italian, and the menu is designed like any good Italian restaurant. Excellent wine list and a range of very flavorful foods. It's well worth visiting if you are on the North Shore, although you might be distracted... More

Very nice restaurant. Great service. Food excellent. Pricey, but if you want good food and a nice atmosphere, you have to pay for it.

I'm sure it is great in summer, to sit outside but we had carpaccio to die for and amazing meals, service, great wine list..... the owners also have a coffee shop/deli across the street with chickpea squash soup that I've gone back for it is so good...... oh and maybe a gelato.
