Good food!

Ok, so here's the run down... Freshly made ginger ale - Unique, and refreshing. (Just ask to sweeten it up a bit more.) Summer Ciopinno - Delish! Watermelon Salad - Fresh, clean and good. (Now I know what to do at home.) Bruschetta - Skip it. Burnt bread with sad little tomatoes on top. Very... read more

Beautiful view, great service, good food, large menu. We had luck with the weather and had blue sky, no cloulds, hot sun and this exceptional view while enjoying our lunch. Highly recommended.

Arrived before noon in order to enjoy the views of Mount Rainier, sit in the slingback chairs, take photos, etc. for a little while, then walked up to the reception desk and requested seating on the deck. (FYI, only a couple rows of tables actually have direct views of Mount Rainer - some just have evergreen treetops and flower boxes,... More

We had been waiting for over a year for the perfect day....and we found it! The menu was surprisingly large and mostly local. At midday it's a little crowded and noisy but definitely worth it. The food is tasty and the servers work tirelessly. What a view! Can't imagine choosing the Space Needle over the Summit House. Much more pleasant... More

We had lunch here on a sunny Wednesday. The view of Mt Ranier is unequaled. The food was good. We had a burger and salad which was well prepared and tasty. The service was excellent but nothing can out do the view.

Visited on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. It was crowded at the top but we didn't have to wait for a table with a view. Our food came quickly and was overall good. But our drinks were never refilled and the molten lava cake arrived with a still frozen center. The prices are high, but of course where else can you... More

Amazing view, friendly staff (Kaylin!!!!!) was delightful. Food, on the other hand, left much to be desired. Soup served cold with yuck bread. Buffalo shrimp was tasty. Chipmunk on our table ......... unexpected visitor.

Make reservations otherwise expect to wait 30-60 minutes. Since the weather was spectacular the crowd was large at the summit. the cost of the ride up and eating here was worth it! the food was outstanding and the wait staff were wonderful!
