We went for lunch and it was great food and nice staff and service. It is definitely one of the best places to eat in Fairmont.

Homemade. Organic. Locally grown. Everything from scratch! So good. Mouthwatering. Most delicious. All the food was seasoned to perfection. We will most definitely make this place one of our regular stops!

My wife and I ate an early afternoon lunch here on a Friday (4 Apr). We loved the freshly prepared soup and sandwiches. The bread is wonderful. The selection of merchandise is creative and fun; the mug has a message that is hilarious. We enjoyed everything!

A unique experience of ordering at the counter and eating a high quality meal. Good portions, well seasoned, very tasty. Our group had the lamb shank, the chicken curry, the ribs, and the fennel and shrimp risotto. Food done well but a bit odd for the price range; would have expected a bit more, say a salad offering as well.... More

This place in Fairmont to eat BY FAR!! We were not disappointed in the selection or the quality of the food. The Salmon salad is the best I have had and my hubby loved the burger and meatcicles. For a guy that never likes ribs from a restaurant because he can always make them better this is the best compliment... More

Excellent service, Excellent food, Excellent products for sale, Excellent location. What I was unhappy about was that this fine establishment did not have more open hours. We visited the area before the season for them and it had limited hours and we had limited time. At least I enjoyed one fine meal. I had the roast chicken and my wife... More

As the name implies, the restaurant is so fresh and uses local ingredients. Homemade hummus to die for (and highly recommend the lamb!) Fairmont was waiting for a go-to when it comes to a nice dinner out - this is it! It's a casual place, but the open kitchen and modern touches make it somewhere that qualifies for date night.

We are on a golf vacation and stopped in at From Scratch just off of highway #3 at Fairmont Hot Springs turnoff. The variety of food, the quality, the taste, and customer service was excellent. We had 6 people in our group who all ate something different and everyone was pleased with their order. Thank you.
