Well, the night we stayed at the Truffle Pigs, this was the only place in town to have dinner. Why would anyone want to eat anywhere else? The food was amazing! We started with the Sticky Babylonian Lamb Ribs. They were wonderful. We followed the ribs with Bison Bourguignon which were so good we almost licked the plate clean. We... More

Consistently great food. They understandingly try to accommodate their hotel guests first, so be prepared to eat early, or wait a bit for a table.

The food was over the top. I want this to be closer to home. The presentation was amazing. The freshness and flavours of every dish was wonderful. Love the quaint setting and very friendly staff. A must for anyone near Banff or Lake Louise - not that far of a drive.
