Nice little evening smorgasbord.

The service was quite good. Decent Chinese food and they also offer a Vietnamese menu as well as western selections

Sorry but this food was greasy, not like any chinese food I had eaten. The place is old and in need of repair. The condiments had not been cleaned and the staff did not understand me (english speaking) and brought me truly the worst chinese food I have attempted to eat.

We had left Calgary in June and were looking for a decent place for our Chinese taste buds, this was one of 2 in Ladysmith and the other on the highway was not worthwhile. The food is OK, just OK, not much by way of variety and it could have done with some more spices, I just hate spending over... More

Had lunch here - somewhat quirky place in a heritage building, serves Canadian style Chinese food and reasonable Vietnamese food. service was friendly and the other patrons seemed to be locals. Usually a good sign.

All I can say is if you're a fan of terrible Chinese food, you'll love this place. The lemon chicken is bathed in lemon pie filling and the chicken balls are slathered in dark red sauce which could double as bloos in a horror movie.

I've gone to this restaurant ever since I was a small child and my mom used to be a waitress there. They have new owners now but it's still great service the only thing that my family misses is the veal cutlets they used to serve it was a traditional thing to go down there and have veal cutlets with... Long time restaurant with reliable quality. Good for take out as well. Speciality Vietnamese prawn in sauce dishes. Very basic 1950's set up.

Best Asian cuisine in Ladysmith...I would never even step foot in the others. Family owned business, very authentic, great people. I have been going here since I was a little girl. Never disappoints!

I have always had good food at this restaurant. It is far from fancy but clean and the people are friendly.

We ate there last night. I had the 3 choice conbo plate. The chopsuey consisted of cold noodles and a few strips of processed chicken that smelled bad. The fried rice was not fried and had cold frozen vegetables mixed through. the pork was pathetic right out of the frozen bag it came in, not prepared on premises I suppose.... More
