Great eats at reasonable price.

Great little 'hole in the wall' restaurant that locals love. Awesome soups and sandwiches and lemon meringue pie!

I would highly recommend the grilled cheddar cheese sandwich. I could only eat about half of it, it was so thick and filling. The homemade bread is absolutely delicious. The decor is a little bit outdated, but it was a fun place to have lunch at. The only downside is that cash is required - don't come without it!

The menu is very limited but that is so that the cook can concentrate on doing the best job possible for you. The bread is fresh made in the restaurant as are the pies. You gotta eat here.

I liked everything about this restaurant. The waitress was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very generous and tasty. The coffee was great. We saw another customer having a piece of rhubarb pie and it was high and mouth-watering. When we asked for a piece to go we were told the rhubarb pie was all gone so we opted for... More

This little "Hole in the Wall" coffee shop is well worth a visit. Renee kicks open the doors at 5am to invite in the first customers of the day. While she listens to the pearls of wisdom from the local "know it alls" she kneads the dough for the days cinnamon buns, bread and pies. With everything made form scratch... More

You can't beat this place. Simple but tasty. i love the thick-sliced homemade bread, plentiful meat and eggs done as requested. SO good! Had to return the same day for some homemade rhubarb pie. It's worth the drive.

Undeniably the best breakfast and lunch place in town! Despite others trying to amp up our town and failing,,,,Renee's has been here forever. Our favorite place for sure!!!

Renee's is a funky little place - make sure you have cash, as they don't accept cc's or debit cards and be prepared for the "questionable" decor and washrooms (clean, but in need of renovation). The homemade sourdough bread is to die for, and breakfasts are tasty and served quickly. And if you're tempted to buy a cheesecake to take... More

We stopped by for a lateish lunch, soup and sandwich. The homemade bread was fantastic but the filling wasn't very good and the chowder was more a chunky soup. It was all edible but I was expecting better. I didn't have any pie, however, my travel buddy did and he enjoyed it. Service was good.
