We began our meal with a lovely crisp white wine from Bordeaux and shared a Caesar salad. My husband ordered the sweetbreads which were served with wild mushrooms on top of mashed potatoes. I had the pistachio coated cod which I requested to be served with mashed potatoes instead of rice, which they happily accommodated. Other diners had short ribs... More

Purposefully we chose accommodations and restaurants away from the frenzy of the mountain area. After checking in and experiencing a fantastic dinner at the Chateau Beauvallon, we looked in the "old village" area for our next nights dinner. Auberge Sauvignon was recommended by the Chateau's front desk and the outdoor area of the restaurant was luring. We were not disappointed.... More

During our two night stay in Mont Tremblant area, we purposely avoided the frenzy of the mountain area for both dining and our accommodations. Snuggled into our lovely 2-bedroom suite at Chateau Beauvallon, we had dinner on our arrival night in the hotel restaurant and wondered if we could find as good a dinner as that the following night. Looking... More

Went here for anniversary dinner. The 5 course meal was excellent and a very good value. Enough variety that can meet the needs of any customer. The setting is old school which added to the evening. Service was pleasant. If you are looking to avoid walking up the hill and want a quiet, great meal in a nice setting; this... More

We ate here with our in-laws, who had dined here in previous years, when it was under previous ownership. I'm happy to say that it still seems to have what it takes. We all had the 5 course menu - very good value and a good selection to choose from. We had the lamb, the caribou and the guinea fowl... More

We may have started out to very biased, my parents had spent their Honeymoon here is 1941 and both my husband and I had been here many times before. The Auberge has not changed...you walk into the vestibule and it is like walking back in time...we were quick to say oh remember this and over there that is where I... More

To be truthful, we read a lot of negative reviews about Sauvignon prior to trying it out in the summer of 2013. We found the food generally very good, but with inconsistent service. But we ate there several times over that summer and were mostly pleased and found the prices to be very reasonable. Dining there last night, however, took... More

Attended with friends. Restaurant not that busy. Stephan friendly, courteous, and prompt service. Quantities of food quite generous. Had cod, lamb all cooked and presented well. Ate outside on a warm great summer night.

We visited this restaurant last summer for the first time and had such a good experience that we decided to book again this year during our stay at Mont Tremblant. I'm so glad we did! We all (8 of us) ordered the $39 prix fixe menu. Some had the steak, some had the pasta and others had the Beef shoulder... More

The food was great; I was amazingly surprised. They still have to work on the service, but they were friendly. My husband and myself enjoy our meal. I would return.
