Surprise in a small town for such wonderful and amazing French food

By accident, my husband found out this restaurant had the press duck Rouennaise. I was looking for that to try and missed the chance when i was in Paris. Here you are! Seven of us had a wonderful night. Food is very good and service is excellent. Will come back again and again. The trout... read more

This is the most amazing restaurant. They have really authentic french cooking, with delicious dishes like foie gras, duck breast and buffalo steaks. Was an absolute pleasure dining there.

This is a great restaurant - very upscale with beautiful decor - excellent food and service . A lot of the menu has meat - so if you are a vegetarian your choices might be a little more limited . It's an expensive restaurant but given the fact the food , service and ambience were all 5 star it's worth... More

The "bouillabaisse" is the best I have ever eaten in North America. Everything on the menu was tempting, but you could simply want to travel all the way from New York to this restaurant just to eat the incredible bouillabaisse. Service is also perfect. Hard to find a better restaurant north of Montreal.

My husband and i had the discovery menu with wine pairings. The foie gras was amazing. It was paired with pear and in a port sauce, I could have licked my plate clean. The meal was one great dish after another. The wine pairings were perfect with each course. The servers did an amazing job of being attentive and explaining... More

This is a nice restaurant with great food and very good service. The entire staff is very attentive, and the chef came out to speak to us after our meal, to make sure that we enjoyed it. There are interesting menu choices, all made from local ingredients, and all very flavorful. We had a memorable meal, and will plan on... More

We booked a table for four for Valentine's Day tasting menu. While the food was imaginative and tasty and service impeccable, our dinner took 3 hours. Because we were on a skiing vacation (read, tired as hell after the slopes), the whole group started dozing off around 10 pm and we were not able to fully enjoy the main course... More

It had been a number of years since I had sortied to this restaurant. Off the bat, this is truly one of the very best restaurants in the area. The service, meal, and wine just flowed together in a one of a kind experience. Seldom does one see the enthusiasm and commitment continue for so many years. The owners and... More

From another age is appropriate - it is a restaraunt of decades ago, over sauced so the taste of the dish is lost. Tried the house duck speciality, could not taste the too string duck. Very surprising given the tripadvisror info. All English speaking diners. Service was lovely. Locals, when asked, say, oh it's french. Thought it meant classic, but... More

Good afternoon, I find this unfair comment on your part, because our restaurant is not old fashioned, we used a lot of local produces and boreal items in our cuisine. We have very nice presentation of our dishes in some new design crockery and play with the style trend. 95% of my customers are delighted with my sauces and ask... More
