Superb Food Excellent Service

A quaint little restaurant tucked off the main road the runs through St-Jovite. If I had not heard of this place I would not have otherwise looked out for it. We have been coming to this place three years since we discovered it. The quality was always excellent. It is the kind of the food you would expect on blv. St Laurent or et. Denis in montreal, creative, sophisticated, satisfied. The service is very good, the bread was out of this world. The main plate has generous portion, the appertizers... More

Enjoyed the Table d'hote which includes an amuse bouche, an appetizer, a main dish and a dessert. Timing of the meal was exactly as requested. the food items were fresh and delicious: Alaskan Crab legs; venison and a banana/chocolate sensation. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and happy to serve in your choice of language. What set this place apart from... More

The restaurant is small and quaint with at small staff. We had some high expectations going into the night and they were all exceeded. My husband and I had the full 8 course tasting menu at SEB with wine pairings. The entire meal may be one of the best i've eaten in my life. The first course was a trip of... More

We dined out in MT for 5 nights and SEb became our favorite dinner. The food was divine, service excellent and the price point was great at $75/person including wine. All the dishes were creative and had an authentic French feel to them. Definitely recommended.

Highly recommend the table d'hôte. My wife and I made different choices and all of the courses were very nicely presented and were extremely tasty. The service was excellant and the decor romantic.

Hard to decide which of the "better’ or “upscale” foodie spots to hit – both in town, away from the Village, so hit both. Seb did NOT disappoint, and was clearly the group’s favorite. We plunged down for the tasting, with (very generous pouring) wine paring. Haddock was one of the best fishes anywhere. New school, with blend of tastings... More

We zipped in and out of Mt Tremblant but were lucky enough to eat at Seb. Service was outstanding, meal was fantastic, although dessert of the panetonne was lacking.

From the time we walked in the door, the service was excellent I took my husband here for dinner joined by two friends. My husband and friends are French while I am English. The waiter wanted to ensure he spoke both languages even though French only would had been acceptable. He took time to explain each dish in detail and... More
