My wife and I had a great meal last night. Our server, Alexandre was attentive yet not intrusive and helped guide us through the choices on the menu. We both decided on the Table D'Hote which proved to be delicious. We could definitely understand why this is one of Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones' favourite restaurants!

We recently celebrated a special event with two of our best friends at Seb L'Artisan. We knew it would be great but it far exceeded our expectations. Everything from the octopus which was as tender and flavorful as could be to the seafood in the most tasty broth. The ribs were succulent and the veal with kale, potatoes and curry... More

A wonderful experience all around The restaurant is set in what appears to be an older house, beautiful in every aspect. The greeting was efficient, friendly and warm. we felt welcome. The service was impeccable. Friendly but non intrusive, witty and quite knowledgeable. The food was outstanding. we enjoyed the four course menu with wine pairing. everything was above our... More

We went there for my wife's anniversary. Intimate atmosphere, not too loud, nice setting. The service was efficient, there when you needed it and not over present when you didn't. We chose à la carte instead of the table d'hôte. My wife took the salad (not your regular salad) and the buffalo steak (extremely tender). I took the lobster appetizer... More

Recently, my wife and I dined at SEb. The food was excellent. We started with a shared Pecorino ravioli and duck confit served with wild mushrooms and mascarpone. A great dish to share as an appetizer even though this dish is listed as an entree. The fish entree of the day was black cod with mussels accompanied by fiddlehead ferns... More

First class ingredients with a local flavor superbly prepared and professionally served. Tried it twice, loved it both times though felt like we had run through the menu after our second visit.

Four of us enjoyed a very pleasant evening at sEb's. Two had the 4 course table d'haute and the other two just a main course. We had sufficient food to sample each others dishes including a delicious pavlova for desert. I had the bison and would recommend it - delicious!

I know you are tired after a day on the slopes, and would rather self-cater or eat mountainside. Make an exception for this restaurant, you won't be disappointed. It is a short drive (10minutes) from Tremblant and you feel transported worlds away. We had a leisurely four course meal, prepared with great attention to presentation and taste, a lovely bottle... A quaint little restaurant tucked off the main road the runs through St-Jovite. If I had not heard of this place I would not have otherwise looked out for it. It is just off the main street, where the other restos and businesses are, My daughter and I wanted a great dining experience and our expectations were exceeded. Although the... More
