Delicious food, great service !!

We went to Seb L'Artisan restaurant last week, the food was delicious, I had the giant prawn and risotto and my friend had the pate chinois (a twist on sheppard pies). Then I had the ravioli and he had the veal shank it melted in your mouth. The service was excellent and the vibe of the place is... read more

We booked this restaurant for New Year's eve, based on its ranking and reviews here, on Tripadvisor. Apart from the food, which was average at best, our experience was terrible due to extremely poor service. There was a unique menu, 9 courses, which we took with the wine pairing. After waiting one hour and a half, we had gotten only... More

Went to Seb's last night after being recommended it by a local contact in Mont Tremblant. The food and service were excellent and the bill didn't kill my wallet (what's not to like!). I'd recommend it but do book in advance as it gets busy. I will definitely return.

This is my second time here. We were warmly welcomed and we sat in the main area. We both chose the 4 course menu. Amuse bouche was a beef and pork dumpling reminiscent of a tourtière complete with home made chow chow. Then we had a steak tartare with a small crunchy side salad accompagnement. The plat de résistance was... More

Overall an excellent meal with a great blend of flavors. It was a very limited menu, but the chef clearly put everything into every meal. Our group of four tried 4 separate appetizers and each was excellent (scallops, salmon tartare, quail, and pate chinois). Our daughters both enjoyed the ravioli main course. My veal shank was very good, but my... More

After eating at an overrated expensive restaurant the night prior, we were expecting more of the same "resort" food when we sat down at SEb our first time there-We decided to go tapas style and ordered our entire meal off the appetizer menu. Every plate was delicious, many with subtle fusion flavor pairings. We returned a second time 6 weeks... More

This was one of best restaurant meals we've ever had. Everything about it was just about perfect. The food was exquisite, the wines were delicious, the service was polished and our table, at the window in the main room, was charming. For dessert we share granny's crepes and left happy and content. If the chef's cookbook had been translated into... More

To put it simply, SEb is our home-away-from-home, go-to for amazing food, wine and service. The menu du terroir changes regularly and is always outstanding, and the menu du jour with wine is fabulous. Wine pairings are always wonderful with unusual choices from their private importation. Service is outstanding, and the friendly, knowledgeable group at SEb can very quickly suss... More

Wonderful meal with fabulous menu, wine and service. Couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate our 40th. anniversary. Very unique and original way of putting fresh, local ingredients together in a delicious way.
