We were staying in the hotel so dinner was part of the "package" The food was very good, well presented, and there were choices for every appetite. The portions are not huge but we had ben traveling in Quebec for a number of days so we welcomed a lighter meal. Excellent wine list

We had a French Chardonnay the sommelier suggested that was amazing. We had fish and steak, both top shelf. One might say it is hard to mess up a good steak. Well, they elevated it.

This is a Relais et Châteaux and our expectations were high. Unfortunately, they were not quite met. We had booked the "menu découverte" with wine pairing and ended up being mildly disappointed with our meal. The wines were excellent and the sommelier very knowledgeable. He explained the choices and how to fully appreciate the pairing with each dish. This was... More

You don't want to be in a hurry when you have dinner here. We were four at our table and it was a 3.5 hour meal! Excellent food and service. Nice English setting. However be ready to spend a lot of dough! !!!

We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast, though dinner was very slow paced by American standards. If you are prepared for very leisurely dining, it was fine. The food was worth the wait and presented beautifully. The wait staff was polite but appeared to rush about to and fro with limited attention to each table. The real downside however was a... More

Currently staying at the Manior. Very disappointed with dinner last night. The flow was off and we waited long periods of time between courses. Had to wave servers to get wine list. No one offered help with pairing wines. The only consistent sevice was the young lady with bread. The food was very good when it did come but the... More

Original presentation, wonderful, flavourful food and elegant service. The dining room has lovely views of the lake. Very French. Expensive but worth it!

Breakfast was incredible. The chef has a different special every day. I had the salmon, fresh local mushroom, gruyere omelet one day and my wife had pecan crusted french toast. The berry smoothies were irresistible. Dinner was an event. Warning-- it can take 3-4 hours- so be prepared to sit and talk and eat and repeat over and over. Don't... More
