Great atmosphere and the food is well presented with an extensive menu. Try the mountain of apple pie, it is the best. There are loads of products to choose from such as tea and coffee cups and sets.

Simply a lovely spot to have a sip of coffee and relax or have a quick lunch. Wonderful atmosphere, fantastic coffee and great food. Nice terrace in the summer. It is in the heart of the village so perfect!

Our annual visit to St.Sauveur les Monts to see the many Halloween displays around the town, must always include a refreshment break at Brulerie des Monts. It is a very welcoming and homely place, and always full, whatever the time of day. They have one of the biggest selections of coffees I have ever seen in Quebec Province. If you... More

We've been there before for breakfast. They have a great selection of pastries and coffees, as well as a full menu. But that evening, we had a craving for soup. We were happy with our decision. The onion soup was very tasty, although it could have been a bit more cheesy, while the huge bowl of cream of broccoli soup,... More

We ate there on day of Fete Nationale de Quebec (June 23), so the area was really festive. We sat outside on the patio, which is 100% non-smoking, which was great since we could see the street and the church green and not be offended by smoke, We had lunch (diner) there. Three of us had paninis and one of... More

Coffee is very good, not surprisingly. Looks like a place where locals go to meet. We only had baguette and bagels, but they were excellent. The full breakfasts of the others around us looked amazing. Clean, good service, a very pleasant experience.

A good place to have great coffee, fired in the restaurant, so very fresh and the cakes are fantastic!

The place has a cozy feeling and provides a large selection of food, deserts and of course coffee. While I would not say the food is amazing, it is a very comfortable place with great location. During the winter season, I always enjoy coming to the Brulerie to take a short break.

Just at the major corner of the town square, this is our favourite place for breakfast. They roast and grind their own coffee. We spoke for fifteen minute with the gentleman who roasts the coffee. They buy coffee from Africa, Hawaii, Central America, Peru etc. He is an expert and the coffee is fabulous. The double cappuccino served in a... More

Lovely choice of sandwiches and coffees. We have been in all seasons and there's always something appropriate on the menu. Given the restraints of the space, the wait staff make it work well and we have eaten in every section. A good experience and good value for quality food!
