We went there on a Friday night last minute because we couldn't find anything else. We were looking for a good quality dinner and as we walked in we were told they were full so we left. The waiter came chasing after us and told they made room for us so that was really appreciated. Small menu but a good... More

We went to Bistro a Vino on a Friday night, the place was busy. The service was out if this world. The best Italian food I had in a long, long time. The pasta, the meat and the dessert was all very very good. great atmosphere with Chantal (owner) and the waitress giving us all the attention expected. Tony (Chef... More

The husband is the chef, and the wife is the hostess/sommelier. The food, Italian fusion, was very good. The service was a little slow though, but the food made up for the wait. I think they could possibly use a little extra staff for busy Saturday nights. But all in all a nic little place if yo are looking for... More

This restaurant used to be in Ste-Adèle, and it was a small exclusive place. The husband is the chef, and the wife is the sommelier/buyer/hostess. The food, Italian fusion, is great, and will always surprise you. However, once they moved to St-Sauveur, to a bigger and more elegant place, we thought the place lost its special je ne sais quoi.... We were faced with the choice of where to eat in the Laurentians and our Host chose Bistro A Vino in St Sauveur. There were 4 of us and we all agreed that it was a brilliant choice. The restaurant is designed to be very chic with billowing off-white curtains, taupe chairs, and cream walls with wonderful splashes of red in... More

We had a great supper and Bistro a Vino. Enjoyed fine dining and well worth the money. Well worth a visit. Every thing we tried was different and very tasty.

This restaurant is a labor of love for the owners - he is the chef and she is the sommelier. The food was great, the private importation wine was superb and the experience (country chic) added to the enjoyment of the evening. There are a lot of tourist trap restaurants in St-Sauveur, but this is not one of them. It's... More

We have eaten here many times and are never disappointed. Service is always great, courteous, food is always fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. The chef is amazing! Highly recommend, we dine here at least once a month.

My second visit but the others in the group are regulars. Small, personal, quality food at very reasonable prices with a good wine selection, again at very reasonable prices. Efficient management and the chef doing his visit to each table is appreciated and great PR. No complaints and the service was leisurely but effective. We hope the Bistro stays open... More

Chantal & Tony opened a restaurant in their St. Sauveur location in 2012. It seems that their customers from their previous location followed them, since both the terrace and the dining room were full, even the few seats by the counter inside, were taken by habitués who just walked in. Thus a reservation is really necessary! The team attends to... More
