a little Spicey but not too pricey!

We had apps and the #33. Gaeng Kaew Wan, which is a green curry dish with chicken and vegetables. It was delicious . The apps however, fish cakes and shrimp roll were small and not as tasty. Service was excellent they spoke in both French and English. The house red was not the best.. All in all... read more

Am visiting from Melbourne, Australia and was taken here by friends in Wakefield. I have eaten a lot of Thai food as I lived in BKK for a year,as well as numerous Thai restaurants in Sydney and Melbourne. One of the best Thai meals I've eaten and the staff were excellent.

We know this place for many years and we are never disappointed. Although the price is not that cheap (considered a fine dining Thaï Restaurant), the food is excellent and we get very good service all the time. Our best choice is always the combination meal that offers variety and include the dessert. The inside of the restaurant is well... More

Excellent spicy Thai in Gatineau just across the bridge from Ottawa. The interior is beautiful and the service is friendly. Great food.

If you need a place to have lunch or dinner after a visit at the Canadian Museum of History, this is the place to go for excellent gourmet Thai dishes located on Laurier street in Gatineau (Hull sector). I have gone many times and have always been very satisfied with the friendly service and meals.

Enjoyable meal and we were welcome to linger for about two hours. Not my first visit. Service is very gracious. Food was quite tasty overall and beautifully presented. Many options available for vegetarian guests. Cashew chicken was a bit bland. Puffy chips with dipping sauce seemed to be a free appetizer and was quite enjoyable. Deep fried tofu with dipping... Since it was brutally cold during our recent visit to Ottawa/Gatineau, we decided to try this place which was located near our hotel, to save having to go all the way across the bridge to downtown Ottawa. We were pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the food, and enjoyed the tom yum and green curry in particular. As with... More

The 1st time, the food was excellent. That was why I came back again. But the 2nd time, the wrapped chicken (with a leave) wasn't good: raw inside & burnt outside. Recently, I went there for the 3rd time: the pieces of beef were too thick & tough. I also went twice to the one in Ottawa, it was much... More

We had a great sampling of dishes for a group of six, with prompt service, hot food, and excellent sauces. The old house setting is comfortable and roomy for groups, with cosier areas for couples etc. Generally I think the meat and vegetarian dishes are better than the seafood, the green curries are also the best. The soups aren't the... More

The restaurant was very busy the cold damp evening we attended and it took a few minutes to get seated. The service was very thoughtful however, and our server spent some time with us going over the menu. I must admit the pace was slow, but we had nowhere else to be. Relax already (said this to ourselves a few... More
