What a pleasant surprise...

I wanted to meet one of my sons halfway between Montreal, where he works and Eastman, where I live. Initially, I wanted to invite him in Bromont, in La Perouse, a splendid restaurant I reviewed for Tripadvisor. Alas, it is closed on Tuesday...I had heard about a chef from Granby recently... read more

I wanted to meet one of my sons halfway between Montreal, where he works and Eastman, where I live. Initially, I wanted to invite him in Bromont, in La Perouse, a splendid restaurant I reviewed for Tripadvisor. Alas, it is closed on Tuesday...I had heard about a chef from Granby recently participating in the Lyon Bocuse gastronomic contest. I knew... More

We eat here once a month. The food is delicious and creative. Try the bruschetta with mango, the stewed lamb or any of their homemade soups. There is also a kids menu. The ambiance is lively, busy and energetic, with the occasional live music. It's become one of the 'in' places to eat in Granby. Well worth a visit.

I have tried enjoying a meal at l'Atelier about three times thinking that the bad experiences of the first two times were just unfortunate mishaps. The third time convinced me never to go back. My friend and I were on the terrasse and ordered the full meal. After quite a while, the server showed up with our main dish though... More

Great ambiance in an old tobacco factory. Service is good and staff really care. Amazin food, try Fried Calamari, the best ever.

This is one of those little "surprises" that can be most welcome. In a sleepy town like Granby...a touch of fine dining. You almost have to know someone who knows about it because it isn't the kind of place that you would stumble onto. Hidden in a former tobacco warehouse that has been converted nicely, the open kitchen and nicely... More

Great old wood framed restaurant in the center of the sleepy town of Granby. Waiter was bi-lingual, extemsive wine list, open kitchen with good (not great) food. This place ranks high in ambiance with an outdoor deck, small bar and cozy booths.

This was of the worest meals I have had in a long time. Soup was watery and tastless. the osso bucco was about 1/4" thick served on powdered mash potatoes. I mean come on use real potatoes! and it cost 100$ for lunch for 3 with only 2 beers. won'[t go back

On weekdays, Attelier (Yes, with two "t"!) Archibald serves lunch and is mainly frequented by professionals and office workers. We went for lunch too, and even though prices are slightly higher than in other nearby restaurants, the quality of the food, the decor and the ambiance made it worthwhile. We had soup, a pasta main dish and desert and everything... More

Definitely a must-try if you are in downtown Granby, either for lunch or supper. A chef-couple from Montreal moved out to Granby and brought Montreal-style adventurous food to the countryside. Great menu of comfort-food driven fare, all with an interesting twist. Lunch and supper Table-d'Hôte specials, great service, and an outdoor terrace second to none in the area. If you... More

After thoroughly enjoying 3 days of French dining in Quebec City, we decided to stop somwhere in the countryside for lunch on our way back to the US. Driving through Granby, we got the recommendation from the information center for this restaurant along with a beautiful walk along the river. Comfortable outdoor seating and excellent service added to the amazing... More
