Stumbled upon this JEWEL

We were driving thru Sooke to see the forest and kept going - this is an AWESOME restaurant, with exceptional food, view and service. Binoculars on each table to watch for water life - Our 20th anniversary lunch was a truly unexpected pleasure - WOW

Short drive out of Sooke on a two lane road. The restaurants overlooks the the point, with the US visible in the distance. Meals were fresh and service was great when we were there for lunch. Ask for the gate code and go for a short walk to the point, great view from there. The walk is not recommended for... More

You'll definitely want to make a reservation, try for one of the window tables - the views of the coast are picture perfect. The dishes here can be "busy" at times with too many flavors that don't really combine well, however, on our most recent visit it all worked great (had the romaine salad and the flank steak). Dinner here... More

Food and service was excellent ... make sure you take the time to go for a hike down to the rocky shoreline afterwards ... you won't be disappointed!

This place is a family favorite that we keep coming back to year after year. My husband and I had our honeymoon here years ago and our ten year anniversary. We come here on a yearly basis from Victoria now with our family to eat at the great restaurant and walk their beautiful grounds. They have great tide pools at... More

The food here was really poor. I ordered a Croque Monsieur which was more like a grilled ham and cheese on a bun. The bun was pasty and horrible, as was the bread they served with the meal. I could only stomach half of the sandwich. Another in the group had the falafel, which was more like a chick pea... More

We heard about this place from the locals. The dining rooms are smallish, but every table has water views and binoculars. The menu did not have a big selection, but had a nice variety. Five or six main coursed each costs 28$. We ordered chicken and salmon. First time in my life the plate was clean completely after dinner. There... More

The restaurant is small and charming--looks like it used to be the porch of the main house at Point No Point resort. The views are spectacular no matter where you sit, and they provide binoculars on every table, which came in handy when a few eagles flew by! I am NOT a foodie, but the food was good and very... Really excellent food and friendly service. Ate far too much but it was delicious! We were lucky enough to get the corner table looking out over the Juan de Fuca Strait.

Great views and good food. You feel like you're at the end of the earth here. Definitely worth the drive. Can't wait to go back and stay at the resort one day.
