Baseball on TV, quick easy food after a long drive, friendly efficient staff and plenty of draughts to work through. Not a place to expect fancy food so don't bother ordering it. Grab local mussels and their fish and chips rather than salad.

Overpriced and sub-par food, I had curried scallops that were paste like and covered in curry powder, not a pleasant taste. The scallops were obviously defrosted and had a weird texture, the best part of the meal was the salad that was obviously freshly prepared. Overall, far too expensive, I suggest go somewhere else.

The taste of the food wasn't bad but overall not impressed. I'm from the Buffalo area and have eaten wings everywhere, those here are the smallest I've ever seen. 15 wings should not make a pound. The nachos tasted good but for 17$ I expected alot of food. We fought off each other picking the tiny vegetables on the side... More

The tables don't match. Had to fight my way through the door and wondered if we were in the right place. But the food made it worth the trouble. Although it seemed sacriledge given that we were in St. Andrews in a restaurant named Lobster Bay, we both ordered the Guiness Irish Stew (under $9) with soda bread and I... More

So came up on this unexpectedly. My husband and I both had the fish and chips. The fish was really good. Good batter. Friendly staff.

We were planning on eating at the Harbour Front Restaurant after a whale watching tour at 8:45pm but once we arrived, we were made to feel like a nuisance and inconvenience. We decided to leave and stumbled upon the Lobster Bay. Hesitant at first but what a pleasant surprise. A little misleading from the outside as well as some of... More

My family went there last weekend while on a trip to St. Andrews. The staff were very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the fish & chips. The prices are reasonable and the kids enjoyed their lunch as well and they had a great time colouring from the books provided for them. Overall, a good spot for a quick lunch.

My wife and I dropped in to Lobster Bay after originally planning to eat at Gables (which was packed) across the street. We were pleasantly surprised. Lobster Bay was a quaint little Maritime spot with a restaurant section on the right and a bar section on the left. The place was not big but open and had a nice atmosphere... More

Well the staff was great very friendly and welcoming. Food was just okay though. Found things a bit pricey for the quality. I ordered a poutine with chicken. I got fries with gravy and shredded cheese blend that melted right into the gravy within a minute or two and the chicken was chopped up pieces of the same breaded chicken... More
