Friendly Pub/Restaurant Combo!!

This place was recommended to us for dinner but we had a hankering for a different type of food that night. We did stop in at the pub for a drink and the bartender, Dan, was very friendly and helpful (he's actually also an owner with other family members). With 12 beers on tap, and with only one or... read more

A delightful surprise! Best fish and chips and best seafood pie (like shepherd's pie)! Fantastic desserts. Friendly staff who went above and beyond.

First off, as a "local", I was impressed with finding a spot that is close to what I believe to be a true definition of a pub in St. Andrews and I am not sure how I missed it all of this time. Sure, there are plenty of spots that offer hot food and a bar menu, but Lobster Bay... More

Enjoyed Saint Patrick's Day at Lobster Bay. A smaller venue, the staff and patrons are very friendly, and the service is good. Pub fare, seafood, right up to (in my opinion) the best prime-rib dinner in town. Live entertainment on occasion, canned music, or large screen tv for sporting events. We always enjoy time spent at Lobster Bay!

Megan and Dan thank you! You both deserve every recognition for your outstanding welcome, food and table service. To Megan, we say without doubt that your "Seafood Fettucini" rivals and in many ways bests similar fettucinis we have ordered in high-end Italian restaurants. Likewise, your Fish and Chips platter as well as your Fish Sandwich were both just as delightful... More

One of the larger draft beer selections in town. Prices are decent, but it closes a bit early (10pm for drinks, 9pm for kitchen). Staff are friendly.

Best service in town! Great pub style food, lots of seafood and delicious regional microbrewery beers to choose from. If you want a true east coat experience, go to Lobster Bay.

We frequent Lobster bay for their awesome food, unique specials, wide drink selection and their hospitality! They make the best Bloody Caesar in town as well as the best nachos, just to name a few. Martha and Jen are the BEST!! :) Looking for good food? Look nowhere else!

Great lobster, nice people and very lovely view at the bay. The chairs could have been more sturdy, but the blankets were nice when it became colder.

The absolute best lobster sandwich that I have ever had! A minimum of mayo, just enough to keep it together, price right and wonderful for lunch...make a stop
