This restaurant has style. The decor is elegant complete with its large portraits of famous classical composers. Unfortunately, they've discontinued playing classical music but tastes vary and the current background music is relaxing and unobtrusive. The restauarnt brews its own excellent beer in a clean, modern, beautifully on-site brewery. We were also able to obtain cans and small bottles to... More

Had a great meal here on a very hot night this July. Everyone else in town was crowding into a different restaurant in the Platzl, we sat there first and it was crowded, noisy and hot so decided to walk back to Mozart's. What a great decision- we had a nice table on the front deck and enjoyed a really... More

Schnitzel was good. Excellent starter salad. Craft beer excellent. Service a bit "off" not bad though. Music loop is old time Bavarian or something. Sat in shade under umbrellas and enjoyed it. Wanted to try the strudel but way too full

My wife and I were wandering through the Platzl and wanted to stop in for a drink. She prefers cider, and I was looking for a beer. There are plenty of signs for Bavarian beer, so I figured we'd be in luck. (We ate here a few years ago, but I couldn't remember how it went.) Sadly, they had *no*... More

...go for their beer (though not for the service...surly at best....though our server's attitude gave us something to giggle about...ouch! ) We looked at the menu but thought better not....but the beer was GREAT!

Kimberley has at least four German food restaurants. Two are better than Mozart's. Homemade beer is a plus. German style entrees are limited.

Had homebrewed beer and homemade brats on the First Saturday/Oktoberfest in Kimberley BC. The service was a little slow but the food and brew was very nice. Unfortunately a little chilly but we sat outside none-the-less. Definitely a good place to stop if you're in the area.

I was so looking forward to a schnitzel and a beer. The beer tasted like awful home brew and the schnitzel was mediocre. The salad was really good though.

Very good lunch...schnitzel plate was what I had. The Belgian homebrew was great too. Owner and waitress were a lot of fun to chat with after the meal. Very affordable.

Four of us showed up for a nice dinner on a Thursday night around 8 pm. There was maybe 10 other people in there total. We received our dinner an hour and a half later. Then, while bringing it out the waitress dropped my dinner on the floor. She apologized and disappeared. Then the rest of our table ate. Our... More
