Too late for breakfast at 10:30

There were fourteen of us, and we were really looking forward to breakfast, but we were five minutes too late! Most places serve breakfast a bit longer, but whatever, their rules! We were greeted by the hostess and promptly seated, and the server, who was very pleasant, brought us the lunch... read more

There were fourteen of us, and we were really looking forward to breakfast, but we were five minutes too late! Most places serve breakfast a bit longer, but whatever, their rules! We were greeted by the hostess and promptly seated, and the server, who was very pleasant, brought us the lunch menus. These are highly illustrated, but don't be fooled,... More

Fun bar with good wait staff. A Cesar is Canada's version of a Bloody Mary and really good. Made with clamato juice and an assortment of garnish choices (bacon, beef, pickled beans). Food is hearty and filling. Restaurant is pretty sketchy. Same good food but wait staff is all skiers/boarders who work for their ski passes so service leaves a... More

We have eaten here before and the food is always great. Servers are friendly and the restaurant has a warm and cozy atmosphere. The restaurant is at the bottom of the ski hill so it is a fun place to watch the skiers while eating! They now have a breakfast menu at this Montana's

A Friday nite, early supper the seven of us seated right away! The table was covered with paper for the kids to color. The meals were delicious, and sufficient for each of us. Service was fine, waitress was there when we needed her but not overbearing. Prices were fair for atmosphere and food( in the mid to high range).

Very friendly staff. Drink and food selection is good size. Their full restaurant selection is what you would expect. Ribs are their specialty. Steaks, burgers, sandwiches, salads, some pasta dishes. Reasonable and good sized kids menu. For being the only full service restaurant in the Kimberely ski village, it does the job well. Prices are reasonable for it's location.

We ate here one evening while we were staying on the hill at Kimberley. We typically enjoy eating at Montana's and this experience was no different. The staff were good and checked on us regularly, and the food was good. Prior to ordering we mentioned that we had the RCR discount cards and presented them for the discount. When the... More

Ate here twice while staying on the hill. It's true that your experience is based on wait staff. Food was hot and service was some what ok. Uncool that they prompt you to tip 20% while paying, instead of $ amount or different % age. Not our first choice to eat in Kimberely.

My wife and I went here for dinner on a Tuesday evening around 6, when it was not busy and the experience was terrible. The hostess was not friendly and the welcoming seemed "off". After looking at our menus and chatting for about eight minutes we noticed that nobody had come by the table, let alone ask us for our... More

Hi Wayne, I apologize for your experience at Montana's, and agree this is not the treatment we intend for our guests. I would be available to discuss your experience further if you would like to call the restaurant so that we can make sure this does not happen again and get some of those thumbs in the right direction. Thanks... More
