I had customer service that was border on crude.I can only say if they didn't have the market cornered it wouldn't be long that their market share would diminish.In dark economic times service it what makes u stand apart.

The Burgers are great. But the ice cream dishes are so expensive! The seating area is never warm in winter and it always seems dark in the building. The husband and I have to sneak out without the kids for an ice cream treat due to the price, too bad the prices aren't more family friendly.

Good Milkshakes thick and cold. Great on a hot day. Busy place all summer, very popular in Orillia. Small Shop - watch for Traffic when trying to get into parking lot on curve, hard to see some traffic

The ice cream here is Dairy Queen, so you can't really complain about that. However the customer service is so bad, every time I go in I'm disappointed. service slow, the restaurant looks like it has never had a cent put into it and I would guess the boss isn't often there or really doesn't care much. Wow. Compaired to going into a new dairy queen I was hoping for a sense of retro but it was more sad.

We all love this place in my family. The food, the staff, and of course the treats..

sundaes banana splits dilly bars or peanut buster's yup they have the ice cream that is soft and dipped in chocolate right across from the baseball diamond with picnic tables outside and clean table in size they even make a burger that is not bad at all!!

This one also sells food but the ice cream is definitelly why people come. It is across from a major baseball field so gets all the children playing ball after their games. Has parking and everyone seems to enjoy it

best burgers in town, the staff is super friendly and they're always cleaning an washing up! i would recommend this restaurant to anyone because of the great food, excellent customer service and overall enjoyable atmosphere!
