Great breakfast Chowder at dinner was a disappointment but it was a late night. This was right before they closed for the season so they were low on many meals.

After some 15 years of coming to Percé each summer, you tend to narrow down the places to eat and the places to stay. La Morutière is one of them. It is our favorite to have breakfast. Not only because it is good and resonably priced, but because the view of the Rock is exceptional and the very modest dining... More

My wife and I arrived at 7.30pm sharp as agreed. The lady that showed us our table informed us the kitchen had a lot of orders to process so could we show a little patience. No problem we said. However, after one hour we still didnot have our (cold) starters, despite promisses we would soon be served. On our mains... More

After reading reviews here I had hoped for much more than was offered. My wife and I went to Perce for two days and we tried this place for breakfast based on tripadvisor recommendations. We were greeted at the door and the waitress just pointed at a table. No smile no good morning, in english or french we speak both.... More

I read about this little restaurant at the south end of the seawall walk, on the margins of the touristy strip of Perce. The view out to sea is glorious, which is good seasoning for any dish. However, the food was only fair. Pizza was okay. The steak was very overpriced for the style of the restaurant and the sophistication... More

La Morutière does have a spectaculor view on the rock and seats are limited, this is a part of the explication for the price at our restaurant. In high season, try the first service at 17h30 pm. Thank's for your comment. More

Yes we do have a spectaculor view on the ocean, so closed that you think you are in a cruise ship. La Morutière is open from 7h00 am until 21h00 pm every day. Next time come and try our Gaspé cod. Thank's for taking the time to make a comment. More

A lovely smaller restaurant attached to a motel off the main street of Perce. We just tried it by chance and were very impressed. Wonderful wine, seafood, service and a great view of the Rock! Definitely good value.

Yes we do have an excellent steak on the menu with a spectaculor view. Because our speciality is cod, we have to be carefull when somebody ask for a steak and maybe ... that's why we are good at it. More

Restaurant La Morutière is so closed from the ocean that you feel you are in a cruiseship. The only thing that is good for some people is that it doesn't move ... and we do also have a fantastic view on the rock. Come and try our cod. Thank's for your comment. More

We arrived at the restaurant at 2:10 and the waitress told us we cannot order from the lunch menu anymore. The lunch menu clearly states that it is served from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm. That means we need to order from dinner menu and pay $20+ for a seafood spaghetti that is not even as good as Olive Garden... More

We are very sorry about your experience at La Morutière. You were right in having the lunch menu instead of the souper menu. All the staff have been advised and we hope they will take more time the next time to understand english people. La Morutière is own by one of the english family of Percé and it is important... More
