Not bad, but...

An interesting restaurant, but in a very odd location - an industrial mall. The biscuits they serve instead of bread are fantastic but sparse. It's worth ordering a second basket. The beef tenderloin and pork chop are well worth the excessively long wait between courses. The waitress warned us... read more

Visited on a weeknight with 2 girlfriends. Had the owner as our server. She was great and quite entertaining. Food was awesome Squash and apple soup with cranberry compote was excellent. Spinach salad had a great dressing on it. Rabbit pot pie was seasoned perfectly. Hamburger was one of the best my friend had ever had. The potato chunks cooked... More

With the locally sourced food served here everything is fresh and cooked to perfection - you are warned when you order that you will have to wait about 30 minutes for your full course dinner meal to be prepared as nothing (other than the soup) is pre-cooked. If you want a wonderful take on the traditional caesar salad, try the... More

I probably wouldn't make an effort to go back, pricey and mediocre food. Nice change though to the limited selection in Aldergrove.

I have driven past this restaurant many times, whilst attending to business in the area. It is located in an industrial park, and for the life of me could not imagine what a restaurant, in a primarily manufacturing park, where food trucks and deli style cafes seem to be the norm, would be like. so when friends relayed that this... We got a coupon from the local market for a discount and decided to give it try. We were not disappointed. Besides al la carte item, the menu offered a set 4 course for 2 people option, chefs choice. This was an amazing experience as each course included 2 different dishes, so we had 8 separate dishes served, each absolutely... More

My wife and I wanted to spend our anniversary somewhere interesting and special, so Seasonal 56 was at the top of both our lists. Our previous meals there were fantastic, and this trip lived up to our very high expectations. When I made the reservation, I was told that the kitchen closes about 8:30pm on weekdays, which was very helpful... More

Food was very good. Ambience and setting also very modern. I would go back again - the ingredients tasted very fresh and a testament to the freshly prepared approach of the chef.

My husband and I dined here this evening and enjoyed ourselves immensely. We started by sharing a slider plate - piping hot patties bursting with flavour, made from home-ground beef with a hint of blue cheese. My husband ordered the rabbit loin, stuffed with tomato risotto and wrapped in bacon, which he pronouced 'very good.' I had a freshly made peppardalle... More

Bullies should not be tolerated anywhere – not even in by guests in my workplace. As the 'nasty lady' / ‘nut’ in question I simply must rebuke this personal attack! From the moment this party arrived they were a friendly group - positive and very appreciative. The guest who wrote the rude review smiled and thanked me personally each time... More
