Good food.

Good food. Slow service. Fun booths. Miss Tony. It is good but a little on the expensive side. Nice quiet location and nice for couples. The menu hasn't changed much over the years from when it was the only sushi place in town.

The food it is excellent and the atmosphere is great -- Japanese with some concessions to the West Coast B.C. location. The serviceare friendly, although not very speedy. But the downside are the prices -- way too high for what is offered. There are other Japanese restaurants in Campbell River that may lack the atmosphere of Koto, but they offer... More

This restaurant has been in Campbell River a long time. They have great food and service. I find them a little slow on weekends, only because their really busy.I also find it expensive . This is my 3rd favourite place to eat sushi ( 1st-Takao's Kitchen 2nd -Wasabiya Japanese )

it's slow but classic food. If you would like pure traditional sushi, this is your destination.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I should start by saying that my wife and I are not sushi experts in any way. In fact, this was our first sushi experience and we loved it. The (very helpful) waitress suggested a few things when we told her we were newby's. The meal was excellent. Even the tea was great! The restaurant was clean, the service good... More

The service was enthusiastic . We had lunch there and ordering bento boxes. The food was very average and lacked the flavours that genuine asian cuisine has.

Not sure why this has a 4 star review here. I get better sushi inland Canada where there is no access to water. Horribly overpriced and terrible quality. Final Thoughts: I would not go back here even if somone else was buying.

Owner runs this restaurant and stays on top of everything. He also makes the sushi himself. Very experienced. Been in business for over 20 years. A real treat.

Always fresh, always slow, but always very good. We go here more for lunch than for dinner and have never had a bad meal. Ever. They have the best tempura udon soup!
