Absolutely delicious. Many great choices for breakfast lunch and dinner. Had a fabulous Eggs Benedict with a wonderful fresh squeezed juice for breakfast and also have had the amazing enchiladas for dinner. The btie cheese appetizer is also amazing. Love all the vegetarian options. Service and atmosphere are great. Definitely our favourite restaurant in Courtenay!

Great ambiance and friendly atmosphere. Everyone from the hostess, servers, to the chefs were were welcoming and made you feel like you were at home. What a real gem of a cafe! Had the most delicious lunch here. Enjoyed my chicken pesto artichoke quesadilla thoroughly. Came with choice of Caesar or Greek salad. Great serving size and served with quick and friendly service. Wish I lived nearby so I could visit regularly! A visit to this busy cafe is a must!

Great selections on a varied menu with something for any taste Fresh, healthy and attractively presented food equal a great dining experience; as does a great coffee. Service can be a tad slow, but that is likely the result of the kitchen and volume. Acoustics could be improved for ease of conversation. Have recommended the Atlas to anyone who will... More

The Atlas's food is cooked to order, which means it can be customized to your individual tastes (e.g. no onions, etc.). The food is excellent. I ate at the Atlas three times in the last week and every meal wonderful.

Great seafood, salads, wonderful fresh fruit salsas on fish tacos and grilled salmon. Very good service with friendly knowledgeable wait staff, good wine and beer selection. Lovely fresh food.
