Good greek

Greek food is my favorite ethnic food. They do awesome lamb souvlakis, real lemon roast potatoes. Yummy. The best of all is thier dolmades. Stuffed grape leaves with lemon sauce. The hours are a little confusing.I suggest calling first.Sometimes they have a belly dancer.

It had been awhile since we enjoyed a Greek dinner since our local restaurant closed awhile ago. We came to Yiama's expecting to wait to get a table as it was a Saturday night on a long weekend, but we were seated quickly upon entering. Our friend had not tried Greek dining before and was very pleased with her roasted... More

this was an occasion. went down to our southern sister city, Courtenay, for our first visit on the restaurant's 3rd anniversary. There were 2 sittings for dinner and I'm glad we had the latter one....anything but a rush. We had a variety of food at our table and all was good. We all had some freebies including a flavoured ouzo.... More

Great family experience. The platter was enough for 4 but we tried several dishes. Service was promp and friendly considering we had 2 small children. I will be back for sure!

Having decided to take myself for lunch ... I thought aaaah Greek, so being the only place in town the does Greek in I went, the decore reminded me of a small hole in the wall tavern, quite lovely, the restaurant wasnt overly busy but enough so that a 2nd waitress should have been on shift, it was a bit... Have raved about their entrees, but have yet to rave about the appetizers, in particular...saganaki! If you want Greek, you have to try their wonderfully fried cheese! The only thing missing was the flame and the OPA!!!
