Warm and friendly. Lunch is good, service okay.I nice place to relax and spend time with friends. Food is wholesome .
We dropped in for lunch one day, the selection was surprising and the specials were very tempting. The food was very good and the service was great. A good meal for a good price. Also found out it is a great place for breakfast as well.
First off, parking is the pits…you need to find a spot on the street and plunk a few quarters in the meter and hope you don't have to run out to feed more coinage into the machine. Once I entered this cafe, I was immediately struck by how depressing the interior of the restaurant appeared: walls are coloured a very... More
I travel a lot. Was in town for two weeks on business and ate lunch here almost every day. Their soup and sandwich deal is really good. Service is quick and friendly. Prices reasonable. Too bad it's not open for dinner!
Right in the heart of downtown and just what this small city needs. Great coffee, great atmosphere, great cinnamon buns, great gathering place, and friendly staff. You'll feel right at home no matter where you are from!
Centrally located in downtown FSJ, this warm cafe has a good selection of wraps, salads and a daily soup. As a dairy-free vegetarian, the staff were accommodating and very willing to prepare wraps and salads that I could eat. The space itself has a comfortable vibe with mothers, businessmen, singles and girlfriends scattered throughout. I did not have a hot... More
Stopped in here multiple times over the past few months, since I was working a few hours north of FSJ, and we needed to get out of camp! Surprising for FSJ, a gorgeous coffee shop, with a great atmosphere, loud and bubbly, the way a coffee shop should be. The staff seemed standoffish at first, but they warm up to... More
The menu is somewhat limited but the food is good and pretty fast. The coffee/tea selection is very good, the soup is always excellent, sandwiches and breakfast really good.
The service is wonderful, the place has a good vibe to it but I felt this is the kind of place you would expect to have more vegetarian fare. There is almost none, also nothing gluten free. I feel this town is dying for a place that is full of good healthy food with alternative options and thought this was... More
The lunch special's are very tasty. I have not had a bad experience at whole wheat and Honey. The only downfall is the price which is higher than what I'd expect. The service is great!
