After a 2 hour drive from Vancouver it was time for breakfast. We found the Home Restaurant and we both ordered the Corned Beef Hash (with hash browns and toast) and coffee. We went on our way leaving behind no more than $35 for a satisfying morning repast.

Had the Halibut burger with swiss cheese & mushrooms, home cut french fries. Very satisfied! Also I noted the servers were making a special effort to be polite and personable to all patrons. The place was full for lunch. Come early if you want a seat.

We love eating here--we stop by every time we are in town and get the chance. Nice wait persons, comfortable seating, family atmosphere. And very good food. Nice selection of desserts too...way too fattening...but that doesn't count when you are on holiday, right?

We stopped in quickly for dinner one night and although they were busy they still got our order and food out promptly and was very tasty. Good value for money also!!

My family and I went for a nice Sunday Breakfast, We waited in line for about 20 minutes (because we heard the food was good), Once we got seated at the table we again waited for our coffee, and then it took a long time for our breakfast and it was wrong and I had to send it back, by... More

We stopped as a family of 5 on our way home to Vancouver after camping for a week in the area. The place was packed, but that didn't hinder the service. Friendly staff and great service! The food is very good and you get large portions. Two ladies could consider sharing one meal, as me and my mom did. The... More

The Home offers warm-hearted family style dining with standard kitchen fare that is wonderful for breakfast. It was recommended at check-out by the manager of our motel. On Sunday, the dining room was hopping with locals, which was fun.The crowd slowed down the delivery a bit, but the servers were very attentive and thorough. We'd have breakfast here again—delicious!

Looked the food, tasted just like mom made. Big portions for the hunger travel. Would recommend this place to everyone. Next time we are through Hope will stop again.

We stopped in for breakfast - along with everyone else in town! I ordered the Lulu, described as 2 eggs, bacon and one big pancake. Big is a weak descriptor! It must have been 12 inches across! Needless to say, we didn't have any room for pie after that breakfast, but we intend to stop there again if we are... More

Everything in this restaurant is made from scratch and with very large, very hungry men in mind! The pies are unbelievably good and more than generous portions. The fries are hand cut fresh potatoes, gravy is home made as are all the other items. You may have a short wait as it is always really busy.
