It is tucked away by a large park in Mission; good parking and we used the handicap parking spot as we were taking my elderly mother out for lunch; no stairs into the restaurant; cosy atmosphere; good music; great service; beautiful view of the valley even on a rainy day; great chef making homemade soups and sandwhiches for lunch; would love to back for dinner; reasonably priced; would reccommend highly!

Food with a view

This venue sits high above the Fraser River. There is a great view of the Fraser Valley. The Summer music presentations at the park add a special feature in the evenings Wed? and Fri? AND they are FREE!!

While searching for a good place to have breakfast I came across The Blackberry Kitchen. It was our lucky day! The restaurant looks very unassuming, tucked to the side of the Heritage Park in Mission. The interior is simple and rustic but very clean. The food was fresh, hot and tasty! It was a cold day on our first visit... More

This is a great place for a sandwich and / or bowl of soup. Situated above the Fraser, it has nice views for the deck ( the deck closes in winter). Their built -your-own sandwiches are great. Fresh ingredients and lots of them. Very good coffee and deliciously large slices of blueberry pie too. Staff are friendly and efficient

Lovely setting, quaint building, good food. One of my favorite places to go for Breakkie or lunch. Yummy interesting food. Dinner is just ok, can be hit or miss and is a bit pricey. Excellent place to stop on for a bite after strolling around in the park.

One of the best kept secrets in Mission, in Heritage Park. The food is great. One of the best bowls of soup I've had and they have GF bread for made to order sandwiches which is unusual for Mission. Highly recommend and will go back!

Simple lunchtime sandwich menu with a daily special and two soup choices. Service was quick and friendly, food was tasty. The dining room has real potential with the log construction and brilliant view of Mount Baker on a clear day. Not sure about the plastic table cloths and overall décor when thinking about an evening meal since the dinner menu... More

the view from this log cabin restaurant is amazing. Food is awesome and so is the service. Laurel and Kerry, along with all the serving and kitchen staff, go above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. Sometimes I drop in and grab a coffee and order lunch to go when I'm in the park with my daycare children.... More

Stopped by here for a bowl of soup which was good. The view is really amazing from this little restaurant. I typically make my ratings based on food and the soup while good, I would have to try other items to make a fair review. I'll come back!
