Enjoyed Cobb and Shrimp & Avocado salads with an Arnold Palmer to drink. Fresh ingredients, crisp lettuce and house dressing. In-house roasted turkey would be an improvement to the otherwise delicious Cobb Salad. The Arnold Palmer is a great combo of iced tea and lemonade. Sat outside to enjoy the wonderful view of Matsqui Prairie and Sumas Mountain. New patio... More

We had a great opportunity to have dinner outside on their deck overlooking the Frazier River and beautiful sky and territorial views. Dinner choices include lovely pasta with organic tomatoes and potatoes. Chicken and pork dishes were plated with vibrant vegetables and composition, You will take a moment just to admire the work put into this presentation. Service was excellent... More

My sister, her husband, my wife and myself had a late lunch recently. It has been several years since we have enjoyed the outstanding cuisine of the Blackberry Kitchen. We were not disappointed with our lunch. Our first pleasant surprise was being seated outdoors on a deck overlooking the Fraser Valley and the mighty Fraser River. The weather was perfect.... More

I'm not so much into sandwiches, so almost always get their homemade soups. Had a great butternut squash, just the right amount of spice and zing. Wonderfully welcoming, good service, but you have to hope there are tables available if you pop in, it's a popular place. (Unfortunate that the park board has created a monstrosity and mish-mash/hodge-podge of buildings,... More

Service was terrible on the day I went for lunch with some colleagues from work. So poor that I received my drink order after my meal. Plastic table cloths and mismatched furniture detract from the dining experience. Food was average that day. Beef dip.

The food at blackberry kitchen is good, but the scenery and atmosphere is excellent! I love that you can sit outside on a nice summers day and look out at the river while eating your meal. Their scones are to die for!!

Located in Heritage park, this restaurant has great views of the Fraser River and the park. In the summer time sitting on their balcony enjoying mixed up bennys is awesome. Chef Dale and his staff are so friendly it's like dropping in on family. I haven't had anything I didn't like on their menu, from creating your own sandwich to... More

On a sunny day the view from the patio is unequaled. The food is great as well. The macaroni and cheese is a must try for mac'n'cheese lovers. The salad is my all time fav. Small but charming in a fantastic location.

The Blackberry Kitchen is one of the best restaurants I have been to anywhere, including Vancouver! All meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner are superb! The food is fresh, and excellently prepared, with ingredients, where possible, coming from the Fraser Valley. The dinner menu always includes a seafood dish, a beef, pork, and lamb dish, and a pasta dish, with... More
