New look Lounge and pick your day for great value!

We heard the resort had refurbished the Cedar Lounge and checked it out last Tuesday. Delighted to find they were offering 1/2 price appies from 2-9. The new modern 'look' is OK (bit stark, blue lighting over the bar) but comfortable seating and a warming fire. We ordered three appetizers; Duck... read more

My wife and I have dined here around 7 times in six years. This week my wife took her daughter (17) for a girls escape to the Island and I booked them this resort. They had two dinners here. The first was not great, and the service seemed unprofessional and lower class than what she remembered. The food was not... More

A group of ten, we stayed at the resort so we visited the Cedars for dinner. Most had the "Forage" three-course menu which for $25 was very good and excellent value.

Ambiance is very low light. Three tables, used a flashlight ot smart phone to read menu or the bill. Light was so low I could not tell what my vegetables were. Still not sure what I ate. They were tasty but could not distinguish what it was. Did leave me curious. Service was good, fast. Staff were polite and quick... More

We visited Cedar`s for our Anniversary Dinner and were blown away. This does not happen very often. Our Server was Sarah and simply put, She was perfect! The service was fantastic, everything was timed perfectly and the meal was very good. We lucked out that the Restaurant was not busy and that, as everyone knows, is usually when things seem... More

Our dinners, chosen from the January Forage chef's menu, were very tasty and great value. This 3 course dinner offers multiple choices of starters and mains, plus dessert chosen from the regular menu. Favorites were the lobster bisque and the chocolate dessert. Portions are generous, we were stuffed. We enjoyed this with the reasonably priced wine pairing.

We had heard about the restaurants new Forage menu that offered a 3 course meal for $25 plus you could add wine pairings for another $15. We chose that option and were extremely pleased with our meals and the wine selections. We had mushroom caps and risotto for appetizers and Salmon and Meatballs for main course followed by a brownie... More

Great place to eat. Food is always excellent. Service attentive but not overwhelming or pushy. Love this place. Also has a great bar area to sit and have a drink. Daily food specials served in the bar area which are great value. Cannot go wrong.

a meal. The surroundings are comfortable but the food is very average. The day we ate there, the place was half empty yet we were told there was an hour wait for the dining room. We ended up eating in the cocktail area in front of the fireplace which was quite cozy, yet the food was boring. Our server was... More

We had the three course menu for 40 dollars, the caesar salad was to die for, amazing and almost enough to eat for a meal. The other courses were equally good and the price was very reasonable.
