Quaint and Friendly

This is a great place to have breakfast. Very fast and friendly service and the crepes are to die for!! The rest of the breakfast menu is wonderful, too.

We fell upon this place yesterday while at the local vet's, and we decided to try their breakfast this morning! And wow, best breakfast ever! Everything is homemade - I tried the Ukrainian Breakfast - with perogies, Ukrainian sausage, eggs, homemade rye toast. As we moved to Vancouver Island a few months ago, we have now found a great place... More

We love this place. The food is like home and we typically order breakfast. Recently I tried the corned beef hash and it was delicious! Lots of crunchy fried onions with perfect potatoes, sliced corned beef with a couple poached eggs. Yum! These days I don't eat bread but when I did, I enjoyed their house made marble rye. I... More

Homemade butter tart with coffee this time. The shortbread pastry was a real treat and the tart fresh from the oven.

Our fall mission to try all the breakfast cafe's. We started this morning at Little Mountain. Out of the way little cafe that was clean and cute inside. Our server/owner was efficient and friendly. We sampled the traditional eggs Benny which were delicious and the pancakes & eggs. The pancakes were light & fluffy and the bacon was the best... More

As a party of five we had a hankering for a freshly made breakfast and little mountain didn't fail us! Lots of breakfast variety. Extremely good coffee. Nice decor, even the bathroom! Great service. A bit out of the way but well worth the visit!

Absolutely the Best " all-day" breakfast I've ever had on Vacation! Very friendly and accommodating. Only minuets from downtown Parksville!

The food is nothing special. Frozen perogies made at home taste better. The last time I was there they got my order wrong and sent me home with a to-go order that was a meat dish, and I don't eat meat so I had to throw it out. The time before, I sat by myself and listened to the owner... More
