Excellent gelato!

Many flavours to choose from, but chocolate peanut butter is the best! Friendly service! A real community treasure.

Wide variety of flavours and great service. Loved the Limoncello and chocolate combo. Also offers coffees and pastries which I'll try some morning when I'm in the area.

Matteo's Gelato in Port Coquitlam offers a unique dining experience. It's a little bit of Italy in the Tri-cities. In Italy this sort of establishment is referred to as a "Gelateria", a place that sells ice cream. Matteo's offers not only a wide selection of gelatos but also a great variety of sandwiches, lighter snacks, different types of coffees and... More

The variety of flavours made it challenging to choose however staff were friendly and offered free samples to taste.

Awesome staff! so thankful they had so many dairy free options! The staff were so friendly and you could pick more than one flavour with a small cone!

The rotating inventory of flavours makes every visit different. We have a family tradition of going here after reaching geocaching milestones (at one time the owner had a geocache outside - I think its gone now). Everyone in the family has no trouble finding flavours they like - just a tough time deciding which.

Made in store, this is the best gelato & the best value! There are many sugar-free options, and they always let you sample before you place your order. A great coffee shop too.
