Great Breakfasts!

This little gem offers a wide range of great options for breakfast. Don't miss it if you are in Princeton for that meal! Excellent coffee too.

This is a most welcome oasis on the road between the Okanagan and Hope. Take a few minutes to savor the best tasting coffee and desserts in a quiet outdoor eating area located just a quick step off the highway. Take in some spectacular views at no extra charge. You'll be refreshed and your horsepower restored.

Nice friendly people. Breakfast is quick and tasty. Fresh fuit salad was good. Scrambled egg was fluffy and not greasy. Bacon was lean and cooked perfectly. They are open long hours. They make nice fruit smoothies which are great on a hot dry day in Princeton. There is a nice outdoor seating area with umbrellas.

We needed a coffee after a cold night camping and stopped off at this place because it looked nice from the outside. We liked it so much we went back the next day as well. The coffee was strong and tasty .... if you like it really strong then have the largest size takeaway cup (20 oz). The biggest one... More

Found a quaint little place to have a coffee while driving through Princeton. Cowboy Coffee has great coffee, friendly staff and really good peanut butter cookies. I was impressed with the quality of the coffee and highly recommend a stop at Cowboy Coffee. If you like coffee as much as I do you will not be disappointed.

Breakfast to order, cute art and private patio in the summer. Staff super nice. Feels like an old fashioned diner with small town feel but high quality food. Gluten free breakfast wrap made to order!

My wife and I love breakfast. So we seek out places for breakfast where ever we go. After taking advantage of our resort's free wifi, we arrived at Cowboy Coffee. My wife had the eggs benny while i went for the big breakfast. Usually big breakfast is only big in price in other restaurants but here it does indeed mean... More

We left our overnight stay from a place on BC 5A and decided that we'd stop for breakfast in Princeton. We happened upon Cowboy Coffee and had a nice breakfast for a reasonable price. They have drip coffee as well as the full line of espresso style coffees as well. You order at the counter and then pick a seat... More

Stopped here on the way to Penticton. This coffee shop has coffee from Bean Around The World. I had a latte which was just like you would get anywhere this franchise exists. The server was very friendly and gave us driving tips on a back road we wanted to take.
