Stopped by the Nomad for burgers and fries, expectantly awaiting the delivery of a good lunch after reading the TA reviews. Unfortunately, it didn't happen. We both had the Nomad burger, and we were uniformly unimpressed. The meat seemed mealy and greasy, the toppings were standard fare, the bun wasn't all that fresh, and to be honest, in my humble... I've been coming to the Nomad for the best burgers in the west for the last 6 years. Everytime I visit Revy or drive through I stop in for a burger. Even when I'm on my own I will stop in a get a burger for my husband and bring it home to Canmore for him.

Huge portions ( I had to take half my 2 salads with me for the next day) excellent fresh salads and burgers. Lots of vegetarian menu choices. Very busy place, but we got our food fast. Order at the counter and then seat yourself and they will bring it out to you.

Always good, always consistent, always homemade. Staff is competant, food is quickly served. Food is always fresh. The only negative thing I can say is that they need a better location because the line up is often out the door and everyone is tripping over everyone else trying to get to where they want to go. Apart from that, great... More

Anyone who has driven through Revelstoke on their way to Kelowna/Penticton will know how crazy the Shell/Tim Hortons station is. You want to stop but don't want to get caught up in the "muck" of the parking lot or even across the street and fastfood alley. Save the stress and head down the street 200m to The Nomad cafe -... We found this place while looking around our hotel next door (the Days Inn). What a great find. They have a large selection on their menu for such a small (and assuming "non-franchised") operation. Very fresh and delicious Sundaes!

Basic menu but good portions for a good price and tasty too. Perfect for a mid day meal if you're just looking for something light and quick.

My second visit here - much better than any of the nearby "fast food" places. The wraps and burgers are excellent. 2 minutes off the highway.

Glad we stopped in. Huge burger & great flavour! Nice patio deck with space inside to eat too Ice cream galore. Staff is friendly. Right off the highway. They are famous for Nomad Burger, chicken bacon wrap & fish & chips. We had burger & the wrap, they didn't disappoint us at all.

We stopped here for ice cream when visiting Revelstoke, and it was great. It was clearly popular as the line went out the door. I recommend the flavoured soft serve (I has apricot and my mom had piña colada...both delicious)! They also has many varieties of hard ice-cream + milkshakes, sundaes, etc. The food menu looked great too, with lots... More
