Good food good value

Tried a bit of everything. Burgers, fish and chips, and a wrap all very delicious. A bit of a wait but well worth it. Bathrooms could use a bit of work.

We've stopped at The Nomad for lunch on both our trips to Alberta when passing through Revelstoke. Both times the food has been really, really good - always fresh, and very tasty. This most-recent time, I had their N2 burger and my partner had the two-piece fried chicken with potato salad. Overall, the food is great but they're just a... More

My family stop at this little burger place to have lunch. We were very surprised with the quality of their food. Their burgers are definitely tasty and their employees very friendly. Conveniently located near the entrance to town, this burger place offer several items in their menu, not just burgers. We tried the burgers only and were satisfied. They are... More

Stopped here for a quick lunch while working in Revy. The service was quick and friendly and the food, while quite basic, was good. I had the chicken burger and a side of mulligatawny. The price was reasonable as well.

Just a couple hundred meters out of sight beyond McD's and Timmy's. Nice break from the highway fast food. A lineup at the order counter, but worth the wait.

Found this place by accident, when going for a walk.. decided to try it for supper, i had the fish and chips, and it was as good as it gets, and my wife had a panini with Greek salad,we were both very satisfied with our meals, mine was perfectly done, the batter was crispy without being too heavy, and the fries... Absolutely the best food/service in all the area, we ate here almost daily for the time we skied the area. We phoned in our orders and walked over and picked up our food and ate back at our room. You wont go wrong eating here ! Well priced - Good Service - they close a little early than you would... More

We eat at the Nomad a lot. It is terrific. Whether it is the Tandori panini, Chicken burrito or anything else I have tried it is good homemade cooking. Fries are handcut and wonderful! Service is fast and friendly...plus a frequent diner card is icing on the cake! The Nomad never disappoints and the owners treat their cutomers right!!

I've been to The Nomad a couple of times. The burgers are good and filling, and certainly better than the nearby chain fast-food options right along the highway. At the same time they are nothing spectacular or unusual, and tend to be on the greasy side, so I wouldn't rate it as a must-visit. It's a good option for a... More
