Great food for the area. Staff were helpful and friendly. A nice atmosphere, good music and sports TVs not too loud. Great family atmosphere even on a busy Friday night.

I would say I'm a fairly average customer at Boston Pizza. However, both the service and food are very hit and miss. Of the last four times I have ordered there, three of them have had forgotten items. Two of them had credits on the bill for past forgotten items. It's been a very frustrating past few orders.

After a long day which included a drive and a shopping trip to Kamloops, we decided on BP for supper. I ordered the fish tacos and they were huge! I also tried the anniversary beer and it was very nice: an IPA. We both eneded up taking food home and I was delighted to see reusable, microwavable, dishwasher safe containers... More

Wasn't overly hungry as ordered a 'side' caesar salad and an 'individual' size pizza. I have a good appetite = but I took a 'doggie' bag with me! the salad was almost more than I could eat - and the pizza with a SIDE salad for each person would be ample food for 2. BP's salads are so fresh and... More

I took a friend of mine out for dinner to thank her for her hospitality. She is a vegetarian and tends not to dine out. However she and I both enjoyed our pizzas and our waitress. The service was wonderful and the food was hot, right and tasty! All in all a great experience!

Avoiding gluten and eating in restaurants don't always go together, but they had a gluten free menu with good choices. I had the pasta with creamy tomato sauce and the spinach salad. I had the smaller salad but wished I ate the larger one with the poppy seed dressing. It was excellent. The pasta was good too of course. The... More

The girl who served us was terrific with a great personality. However, the biggest problem with this chain in general is that some of it's basic food is way overpriced (unless you're going on a discount night, like Pasta Tuesday). For instance, their base line pepperoni pizza isn't worth near what they charge. And I had a seafood fettucini another... More

Went for Valentine's day... ordered our usual chicken parmesan... but they no longer have pomodoro sauce... it's been replaced with boring marinara! What happened? That was your BEST sauce? Loved the chunks of tomatoes... I hate when restaurants fix something that's not broken. It was still ok... but it's no longer my favourite thing. So sad.

We can always depend upon BP to provide a good meal. The BP franchise stores have no surprises, just basic, good food, and enough to satisfy even the biggest appetites. Service is also reliable. A great place to go at the last minute.

This place was busy since it was Pasta Tuesday night. The staff was very efficient at getting people seated and making sure they were promptly taken care of. Our server was friendly and efficient. The food was on the bland side, so that was a bit of a disappointment.
