We have had bad experiences at other BP's , enough to stop going . Relatives were looking forward to taking us here and it was terrific ! We just missed the dinner rush and were seated immediately . Our waitress , Denise , was very friendly and kept a sharp eye on our table . The food was excellent ,... More

I'm not really a Boston Pizza person but was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service and food here. Had my favorite, Spicy perogy pizza and it was awesome! I would definitely go back.

Were visiting local wineries and decided we needed a pizza fix. Good for the kids and adults too. Went to Boston Pizza as you cannot go wrong with a menu that is standard no matter what BP you go to. Location was easy to find. Restaurant is pleasant and comfortable with washrooms kept clean. Reception was good and ordering and... More

Great food for the area. Staff were helpful and friendly. A nice atmosphere, good music and sports TVs not too loud. Great family atmosphere even on a busy Friday night.

I would say I'm a fairly average customer at Boston Pizza. However, both the service and food are very hit and miss. Of the last four times I have ordered there, three of them have had forgotten items. Two of them had credits on the bill for past forgotten items. It's been a very frustrating past few orders.

After a long day which included a drive and a shopping trip to Kamloops, we decided on BP for supper. I ordered the fish tacos and they were huge! I also tried the anniversary beer and it was very nice: an IPA. We both eneded up taking food home and I was delighted to see reusable, microwavable, dishwasher safe containers... More

Wasn't overly hungry as ordered a 'side' caesar salad and an 'individual' size pizza. I have a good appetite = but I took a 'doggie' bag with me! the salad was almost more than I could eat - and the pizza with a SIDE salad for each person would be ample food for 2. BP's salads are so fresh and... More

I took a friend of mine out for dinner to thank her for her hospitality. She is a vegetarian and tends not to dine out. However she and I both enjoyed our pizzas and our waitress. The service was wonderful and the food was hot, right and tasty! All in all a great experience!

Avoiding gluten and eating in restaurants don't always go together, but they had a gluten free menu with good choices. I had the pasta with creamy tomato sauce and the spinach salad. I had the smaller salad but wished I ate the larger one with the poppy seed dressing. It was excellent. The pasta was good too of course. The... More

The girl who served us was terrific with a great personality. However, the biggest problem with this chain in general is that some of it's basic food is way overpriced (unless you're going on a discount night, like Pasta Tuesday). For instance, their base line pepperoni pizza isn't worth near what they charge. And I had a seafood fettucini another... More
