We have been here a couple times on special occasions and have always enjoyed the gourmet style food and service.
Our cozy table by the fireplace made the whole experience so much "warmer". Our wilted rose on the table may have suffered from the same warmth:)
We enjoyed an amazing dinner at this fine dining restaurant, called Table 24, last evening. The meal began with a tasty two bite amuse bouche (complimentary). I ordered the hummus, goat cheese, roasted garlic puree and tapenade appy. This was very tasty and beautifully presented. It really was enough for two to share. My husband ordered the clam chowder soup as... More
Always great food, originally plated and interesting. Nice atmosphere and lighting. Lots of in season, organic and local, delicious food. Great desserts and service, you couldn't ask for anything more...
You know how sometimes, you read other people's reviews and you think "that must have been a professional critic's review - because my meal was great". That's what's occurred to me when I read some of the reviews here. We went to Table 24 for the first time in early January 2014, and it was one of the best restaurant... More
Birthday treat for myself with the family, the place is nicely decorated and you travel through the hotel lobby to enter. The selection on the menu is varied and has local produce on it. The servers were polite and knowledgeable. I know that this is supposed to be a culinary experience and not a fast food restaurant but the amount... More
We were given a dining coupon to this restaurant and having never heard of it decided to attend before hubby left out of town to work again. The atmosphere although upscale was not stuffy or snobbish. The serving staff warm and eager to answer all questions regarding the menu and service was prompt at seating. There was a delightful range... More
We went here for a change from turkey after Christmas and it was lovely. My husband had a Caesar salad to start. It was large enough to feed both of us-so it did! The dressing was really nice, drizzled on fresh romaine hearts with crispy prosciutto. For dinner, he had the scallop/prawn? pasta and I had scallops on a celery... More
Wow! I'm rarely speechless when it comes to reviewing a restaurant but I literally can't find a single thing to say about this magnificent find that doesn't use the words: superlative, wonderful, amazing, fantastic, and... WOW! You would never expect to find a restaurant like this in what is essentially a one horse tourist town, but if you're ever anywhere... More
I had the breakfast with the coupon given by the room booking. Prices are a bit high but the eggs benedict were definitely quality - and their fried potato option is tasty.
