Barn of a place built and decorated in log cabin style. Good menu with something for everyone and smaller portion option if you are not a big eater.

Based on reviews, we decided to come here for dinner the other night and I am glad we did. It was very busy, with quite a line-up. The hostess took our names and the wait was not unduly long. I ordered the venison steak and it was done to perfection. It came with a mushroom cranberry gravy, mashed potatoes and... More

Decent atmosphere, one big room, some exposed beams. Food was ok, but nothing special. I had the prime rib, my wife had salmon. Prime rib tasty. Salmon dry and tasteless. Local beer ( forget the name ) was tasty

Perhaps because it's the best restaurant in Valemont , it was surprisingly busy late on a Friday night in peak summer tourist season. The wait staff was run off their feet and tables were waiting for service. My dinner at the bar arrived quickly and I was pleased with taste and portion size. If you come, don't be in a... More

A huge log cabin of a restaurant. Friendly greeting, specials clearly explained, and two plates of terrific food arrived promptly - just how it should be!

The atmosphere in this restaurant is lovely. The seafood chowder was delicious but for $8 I expected a bowl of soup and not a cup. We do not eat meat so the options were limited. What we did have was good but portion sizes (on the soup at least) could have been better.

Stopped in and got the pork meddalions which came with mashed potatoes, a huge portion of brocolli, large slice of roasted red pepper and portabella gravy. It was delicous! the price was very reaonable for the amount of food and the service was excellent.

Friendly greeting, excellent service and very good food. I had the pork medallions, my husband the prime rib. Food was well prepared and attractively served. Lots to eat and good value for money.

My wife is allergic to pepper so often has to settle for bland or second best food. NOT HERE. The waitress made several trips to the kitchen to determine what could be done for her. When the steaks came, they were delicious. The chef had prepared a special sauce for my wife and there was definitely nothing second best about... More

At the far end of the main drag is the Caribou Grill...Looks appealing from the outside and definitely is a great place to go. The food was very good and good service as well.
