Costs have gone thru the roof. Last month I paid less then 15 dollars for breakfast this trip it was just under 25. And on the weekend you can only get the buffet.

We had a few different servers during our stay morning staff was very pleasant and efficient. We spent a night for dinner at the lounge and it was excellent, and we moved to the restaurant the next night to have a lively welcoming waitress, Hannah she was fast with drinks and all of her tables looked like they had a... Stayed at the Best Western Dec/2014 during a sledneck expedition. Great food - delicious steaks, and convenient being in the same building. Dinner did take a long time to arrive, though the waitress was very apologetic, and took good care of us with our drinks. I've stayed there many times over the past few years, and in the past, I'd... It is a two hour wait for supper! It happened twice to us within a week! We thought we would give the kitchen another chance and just order pizza, waited for two hours before getting pizza! The service was good, friendly and nice! The food was cold after two hours of waiting! They were under staffed in the kitchen and... More

Ate at the Summit Grill Nov 18, 2014. Had the sirloin steak (great value at $18) which was done to melt in your mouth perfection. Ordered the excellent mashed potatoes and gravy, plus the meal included carrots and asparagus which were done slightly crispy the way we like it. Ordered a very good garden salad with it (cheap at $2.50)... More

We ate here a few times while staying in Valemount due to the convenience of it being in the Best Western Hotel. They only open for Breakfast and Dinner. They have a really good selection of kids meals for $6-7 that include beverages. The food overall was good but nothing I would rave about. I'd compare it to a typical... More

Good service, the special sounded good, but we decided to order off the menu. Good dining experience, and the beer was cold.

On several occasions now over the past decade we have had occasion to have breakfast at the Summit Grill, the main restaurant in the best Western Plus hotel in Valemount. On each occasion we have been fortunate to have as our server, a woman named Lisa, who is a "long termer" with the restaurant. She is a lively and very... More

After the disaster at the Loose Moose Pub, the Summit Grill was a welcome relief. Dinner and drinks helped us forget the previous Valemont restaurant. They serve the locally brewed 3R beer and it hit the spot, as did the Jackson Trigg Merlot.

The restaurant is of average quality of food and service. The menu doesn't change very often if at all. Pizza quality is hit or miss depending on the cook. The specials are usually the best at supper time. If your there on wings night , the place is hopping with most of the town there at some point during the... More
