We liked the view of the sea and the decore in this little restaurant. Lotsof seafood choices on the menu.
Food OK, service OK nevertheless, very crowded. Very nearby Lobster Pound (fully booked) and Black Spoon (closed for private event) were our 1st 2 choices; Waterside was a distant 3rd choice.
I was with a table of four when we walked in and was immediately granted a table with a beautiful view of the water! The waitress was attentive, and very friendly with a good sense of humour. I ordered the baked chicken penne, and the alfredo sauce was absolutely out of this world! The other 3 people had maple rum... More
We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the wine. The pasta was great and the service attentive. We sort of found it by accident - but were glad we did!
Fresh catch of the day and friendly service. The atmosphere was nice and the view lovely. We were very pleased with the food and the price was right.
Within walking distance of our B&B and right next to the Ferry to Newfoundland. A nice terrasse. Everything was delicious. Seafood chowder, mussels, and for the non Fish people, turkey dinner and hamburger with homemade french fries. Come with an appetite as the servings are generous. Service very friendly. Highly recommend that everyone eat here.
Before you die you gotta try the fires and gravy here !....homemade fries with the skins still on and the best gravy you will ever eat in your life !....no fooling ....have eaten all over the world yummy yummmmy !
It was busy so the service was not great . The lobster dip was good but rest of food just ok. Cod dinners, lots of things with fries. Dreadful seafood chowder!
There is a reason this is a popular spot. We enjoyed a good feed of halibut and salmon. Waitress was friendly and we had an excellent view of the harbour from the deck.
