During our visit the service was quick and pleasant. The menu is standard for these restaurants and the food that we had was quite enjoyable. Dependant upon the meal chosen, hot bread is included, some meals have included either house or caesar salad. Soft drinks are refillable. Good family atmosphere.

Amazing food and great service! LOVED IT! The Bathrooms were clean and smelled nice and the kids had fun wiith the servers which made it easier for us to relax :)

Spent 20 mins waiting to order- no drinks and no menus. When served the server was rude and did not ask if we wanted refills. The food was cold and did not get the sides we asked for. a mediocre restraunt at best.

Went to East Side's for my son's B-Day. We were seated very quickly but went down hill from there. The service was slow it took over an hr to get our food and the food was ok but the quality was not there like past visits. We waited for the kids desserts and my son's B-Day cake for over 30... More

Food wasn't exceptional but it was very good for a chain restaurant. The staff is incredible and very responsive to the customer. The food was well prepared and appropriately flavorful and about what I would expect.

Had dinner there when stayed at Holiday Inn Brockville in the local area. Walking distance from hotel. Pasta was prepared well with salad. Ordered food to go but lower the rating due to bartender failing to offer drink while I waited on my meal for 20 minutes. I definitely judge customer service in the restaurant business.

One of the few late-night spots open for a hearty meal. As per usual, a bit cluttered and noisy. Good handicapped parking access. Friendly and helpful staff. The patio is a better bet on a summer night.
