Been here a few times over the years. consistent, professional service, good food and while a little pricey for kids, worth the money. Would recommend.

We booked table for 6 April 19 at 6pm or slightly before so the restaurant should know who we are. (Locals from Collingwood) We live on the same street as one of the owners. We ordered our drinks. Having a great time when one of the staff drops a tray of glasses. We end up with two large shards of...

Yes, delicious special on until May 2 or something. The choices on this $24 special menu were tough to choose from. Loved the steak and lobster tail...prepared perfectly!
We returned for a Saturday night dinner after stopping here for drinks on Friday. We were disappointed to have missed the $25 Surf and Turf dinner which is offered Monday through Thursday. I had the T Bone steak and Lobster tail dinner for $35 which was still a good deal. My wife had the Alaskan King Crab Legs. She was...

Nothing terribly wrong with Copper Blue but there are better choices (like Tholos or Happy Hour at Twist). Wife had a really nice chicken wrap sandwich, I had haddock and fries, seemed like the fries came out of a frozen bag. Atmosphere and cleanliness are good. The food came out really quickly, like too quickly, making one wonder if it...

We went to this restaurant as part of a bachelorette party weekend away. We had made a reservation for a quiet booth for 6 of us. When we got there, the restaurant was empty and there were no booths for any more than 2 people(you think they would have told us when we called). We picked another table. We ordered...

I do not own a restaurant but I spend close to $18,000 annually visiting them and I have to say it must be challenging maintaining quality control for kitchen output but on the other hand I assume this is a very important part of the restaurant business.
Visit to Copper Blues five of us on March 31, 2013. I have...

We came into town from Florida to ski and enjoy a great meal. The atmosphere doesn't offer much ambiance and I can hear the person at the next table breathing but I was thrilled to see the wonderful selections on the menu so I wasn't bothered for too long. I ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio... 16 bucks...and enjoyed the...

4 of us had dinner here and overall it was a good experience. Our minor issues were the small size of the martinis and the beet salad ruined by a tomato sauce. The bartender/server was nice and we had fun. We would go back.
They had a table available. Host was friendly. Food was good quality and taste. About as good as it gets at Blue.
