My husband toddler and I went to copper blues for a late lunch early dinner and had their springlicious menu. My husband had the surf and turf and I had the seafood platter for 1. We also had the artichoke dip to start. The food was delicious and the service was fast and very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant... More

Although Spring is struggling to lose Winter's icy grip....our hearts were warmed yesterday by the delicious meal we enjoyed at Copper Blues.....my wife had the sumptuous surf & turf with fresh crisp vegetables and creamy mashed potatoes.....I feasted on the sea food platter of five snow crab legs, a large skewer of grilled shrimp, a fistful of steamed mussels in... This is no April fools! My husbands birthday is in fact April 1, we decided on Copper Blues as it was the first day of their Springlicious Menu. We went for a late lunch in order to enjoy the sunny day. Friendly attentive service from start to finish, a good choice of seafood on the spring menu. I opted for... More

We went there two families with young kids teenagers and adults. Some of us are omnivores some vegan...not an easy group. We all found something to eat and we all enjoyed our food, Not only that the service was great, and the waiter was very attentive to our needs.

I liked the place. It was busy (march break) but our family of 3 was accommodated quickly in a booth. The waitress was helpful with the right level of attention and her experience showed. We ordered kid's meal & a bunch of appetizers instead of dinner entres. All was served promptly and was quite yummy especially the walnut brie fritters.

Had a fantastic dinner last Saturday night with friends. We were a group of 8 adults and 7 children. Our waitress 'Raven' took care of us really well. Attending to the kids needs and to our. Check it out the next time you are in Collingwood. Highly recommend it.

This was our 2nd time at the restaurant. We were here in the summer as well as winter and both times very impressed with the quality of food. Extensive menu options for both fish and meat eaters. The ambiance is really nice too and the restaurant tends to attract slightly mature crowd 30+. I would highly recommend making dinner reservations... More

Four of us had dinner here on a Saturday night around 19:30. Staff were friendly and the food was good but it was very noisy which made conversation at our table very difficult. Probably because we sat close to the bar where customers waiting for a table were three deep and very loud. My steak was good but not outstanding.... More

We had an enjoyable experience at Copper Blues last night. Our server Tara-Lynn was just the right amount of friendly and super-accommodating, even though the restaurant was at capacity. All four meals were cooked to perfection. We will, definitely return!
