Inspired, delicious and great service. Will definitely return the next time I'm in Collingwood. It was super hot inside but worth it!

Lamb lollies were great. We both had seafood curry in coconut milk, perfectly "hot"- that was memorable. Very nice atmosphere, but stay away from the open kitchen area, extremely hot. Out server was really nice to talk to, off to Thailand, teaching English around the world.

I have been to the Tremont several times for lunch but this was my first visit for dinner. Several of the fine dining restaurants are closed on Monday nights but the Tremont has full day service. Our family of three started with the chef's poutine special - Mexican style and very tasty. My son had steak and my husband and... More

We instantly fell in love with the French cafe inspired decor in this restaurant. We chose to sit on the patio which was fairly spacious and comfortable. The dining room was quite hot when we came in for dinner as the kitchen is open concept and the temperature control obviously wasn't fantastic. Our "lamb lollies" appetizer was incredible, the touch... More

My wife and five year old went here on a Wednesday evening for dinner and got a solid if a bit pricey dinner. To start, I had a bowl of their soup of the day which was roasted vegetable and black beans, which was ok, followed by a garden fresh arugula salad with shaved parmesan which was delicious and sharp.... First time here and won't be our last. Our waitress Diana was awesome and the eggs benni were amazing. Probably best we've had. Beautiful day and sat out on the patio. Never felt rushed and totally enjoyed our experience. Highly recommend.

Tremont Cafe is conveniently located. The patio and dining room are nice and spacious. Our table was next to the reading alcove, where they have books and magazines for sale and reading, and some board games. This came in very handy since kids could play in the alcove. There is an art studio in the building, so you can browse... More

We were there for the Elvis Festival ( not to be missed) had reservations and a wonderful meal. Try the lamp chop starter, perfectly pink and the pistachios added a fine balance. Great wine list, and the atmosphere was eclectic and upbeat.

Went for a weekend brunch. The service was good but the menu limited. I personally do not like eggs and I can't imagine I'm the only one on the planet, however, there was very little choice on this menu that did not include eggs of some description. Atmosphere is nice and will probably try lunch or dinner at another time.

Nice place to eat out for special occasions at this restored heritage building. The decor is contemporary and interesting. Seating is tight but cozy. Service is attentive and prompt. The open kitchen provides warm and inviting atmosphere, and then the aroma.. always a tell tale to me of good eats. Food is tasty and well decorated. Enjoyed.
