we had a party of four and had great service and great food. We left feeling happy and satisfied. Service was great. I had the Loaded Potato soup which was fantastic. The short rib is expensive but excellent. Wines are inexpensive.

We really enjoyed our meal with family in this cute and creative restaurant. Everything was delicious. The highlight for me was the dessert, a cute little cup of rich hot chocolate with blow torched marshmallows, truffles and other delicious items. I could have ordered ten more. The staff were very accommodating, even changing the air-conditioning for us and the chef... More

Justin is a master chef. The food was a real experience. Expensive but not over the top. Well worth a visit.

We attended Cabin for brunch with one other couple. I ordered the duck eggs benny...it was amazing. I've never had a duck egg before and was pleasantly surprised. Great flavor and texture. They used local trout instead of ham for the benny and it was well cooked and delicious. The hollandaise was super garlicky...really great! Highly recommended for brunch.

Dropped in for lunch - we had sandwiches off the menu very eclectic. Service was good and efficient and talked a little to the chef. A small place and a little unusual location, but great flavours. Found it a little pricey, and rich on the tummy but you will find some ingredients and flavours here you won't find many other... More

This was our second visit to Cabin Bistro. We had dinner at the previous location. We tried the bistro for lunch at the now downtown spot that is convenient and attractive. My husband raved non-stop about his steak burger and my son and I had the lobster roll. I would have given the restaurant a five star rating but the... More

Having come for dinner, my wife and I came for the day and had to come to the Cabin. The lunch menu with great options, though we settled on a steak burger, amazing! And my wife had the lobster roll, even more amazing. This place is a must try in Collingwood for lunch and dinner; and we don't even live... More

I booked my husband's birthday dinner here because we wanted to try something new....and we were blown away! The atmosphere was both homey and eclectic, Vanessa our server was fabulous, and the food by Chef Justin was spectacular! Lobster tagliatelle, Kolapore trout, beef tartare, beef tenderloin - all amazing and the presentation was so creative! Run - don't walk -... More
