Description: The Huron Club embodies what Collingwood is all about. It's a family...
The Huron Club embodies what Collingwood is all about. It's a family business that has that family touch. Every diner's experience is personal. The staff are engaging and friendly, the food is fabulous, and the prices are superb for what you get. Not to mention the local live music (available 5 days a week, Wed-Saturday nights, as well as over Sunday brunch), creating that comfy-cool atmosphere. It's casual, but yet, you'd be right at home for a special occasion like a birthday dinner or anniversary, and definitely suitable for a business lunch or dinner. They also have a beautiful events gallery upstairs for functions of any kind (complete with multimedia equipment for presentations). Their patio is a summer highlight and the building itself has such an interesting history and feel to it (as one of Collingwood's beautiful heritage buildings). Overall, a wonderful place to go for any occasion, big or small.

Expertly executed, warm and friendly.

Ian and Joanne Duff are amazing hosts. The restaurant is casually elegant, service warm and friendly, and the food is beautifully plated with delicately balanced flavours. Every single thing in the five (!) courses I enjoyed was expertly executed. Kudos to chef Jesse Reed for a memorable meal.

We went for lunch and had the Grilled Organic Chicken and the Fried Perogies. Both were excellent and not just your run of the mill fare. In fact it was so good that we went back a few days later so we could have it again. They also had a made in house salted caramel that was really nice. Definitely... More

Not sure if all their food is good, I only had the perogies. I do know that the prices are outrageous! $10 for beer, $6 for a small cup of fries. It might had been just because of the Elvis Festival but couldn't believe it. If they want to sell more food, lower the prices to a reasonable amount.

A great place with a patio to enjoy a meal. Portions were plentiful, well prepared and wait staff quick and efficient. I've been to this eatery before and was happy that my recommendation to my group of friends was well received and enjoyed. Anytime I'm in that neck of the woods I make sure I stop in for a meal... Food was good but portions were small for the pricing. I believe prices are jacked up during Elvis Festival. Tip was automatically included which was fine and the Elvis entertainers were good.

We often look for a place within walking distance of where we stay and while we thought this was too far, it was a lovely walk back after dinner. And what a dinner - flavorful and ample portions - the chicken in mustard cream was wonderful and the lamb was outstanding. We took some home to enjoy the next day!... More

One of four meals was great: the trout. The prime rib was real thin and over cooked. The pork had too much mustard on it.

My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner at the Huron club. My chicken dish was very tasty and really liked the German noodles. My husband had the local trout which he thoroughly enjoyed. The greeter and waitress were extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is just wonderful and we sat in the dining room close to the bar which... More

I have nothing but great things to say about this restaurant - everything is amazing! The ambience is sophisticated, yet chill. The service is always top notch. I don't know how to describe the food except for it's the best we've ever had! It consistently surpasses every expectation than the time before. Every course is out of this world delicious.... More
