Price range: $8 - $36

Dining options: Breakfast/Brunch, Reservations, Late Night
Description: The Huron Club embodies what Collingwood is all about. It's a family business that has that family touch. Every diner's experience is personal. The staff are engaging and friendly, the food is fabulous, and the prices are superb for what you get. Not to mention the local live music (available 5 days a week, Wed-Saturday nights, as well as over Sunday brunch), creating that comfy-cool atmosphere. It's casual, but yet, you'd be right at home for a special occasion like a birthday dinner or anniversary, and definitely suitable for a business lunch or dinner. They also have a beautiful events gallery upstairs for functions of any kind (complete with multimedia equipment for presentations). Their patio is a summer highlight and the building itself has such an interesting history and feel to it (as one of Collingwood's beautiful heritage buildings). Overall, a wonderful place to go for any occasion, big or small.

Last Saturday night we visited The Huron Club as a group of 4 couples. We sat in the back room in the hopes that the noise level would be acceptable, which it was until near the end of our visit. Our server was warm and friendly but the restaurant was understaffed, it took at least 45 minutes for our meals... More

Tonight we wanted to go and listen to some music, have a few drinks and relax. Upon entering, the staff was friendly and warm. We took a seat in the lounge - very small and warm (uncomfortably warm - temperature I mean). Servers were very friendly but a little slow considering there was only 15 tables with two servers. We... Went here with friends for their $7 apps and $5 beers or something of that sort... I had the mill st organic (always nice to find on tap) and the nachos which were awesome. Fresh cilantro as a garnish which really made all the difference for me. They were smaller than your traditional portion of nachos which was fine by... More

The locals know about this gem and visitors should too!!! Great food with vegetarian choices and the staff are amazing! You feel as if you have been coming there every week the way they treat you. It is relaxed and comfortable and the music is awesome when you catch a day of live bands. We keep going back whenever we... More

Lamb loin cooked well done when asked for medium rare. Kitchen would not redo in less than 20 mins. Weird other food. Sandy scallops. Wrong wine poured. Old men in shorts and Birkenstocks. Go to the Tremont instead!

The service and the food I find very good. They usually have entertainment in the bar area which is also nice.

Came for Sunday lunch during the Victoria Day long weekend. The service was friendly and the food was great - the Huron Club Burger was the best burger I've ever had, it was on point. The onion rings topped it off nicely. Ask for the salad on the side, the poppy seeds are great.

Very excellent food very excellent service. You pay good money and that what it takes to get a good meal in these parts. Of course you could cook yourself but that's what special occasions are for.

Looks were deceiving with this eatery. First time we went before five and the dinner staff was not quite ready but no worries. We were chatted up by the waiter with and little history on the restaurant. We had drinks and talked with relaxing music in the backround. The atmosphere was absolutely delightful. We ordered specials of the day and... More

We visited the Huron Club a few months ago and decided to go back. Unfortunately they don't know how to do a switch over from lunch to dinner like every other restaurant so they close the kitchen and only have expensive appetizers between 3pm and 5pm. We were there at 3pm and starved as we hadn't eaten since breakfast. We... More
