All Swiss Chalet seem the same, nothing sets them apart.... service is good nothing to write about, and the food is good again nothing to write about.

I don't understand why the staff in any restaurant are allowed to wear their long hair down. I totally disagree with this and of course the french fries are always cold when I eat there. I only go because my 80 yr old mother loves it there.

We came on a lunch hour, and while the food was fine, it took forever to come. I feel sorry for the wait staff, as it's probably mostly an overload issue, but I can't reliably go to a restaurant where I can't be sure I'll be able to get back to work on time.

Food is good. I think Waterloo location is better for service. But the food all tastes the same. Worth it to go though.

Food is consistenly good, the "Wait" staff are friendly and service is generally very good. WE like the new items on the menu - the loaded Potato soup is awesome.

This restaurant is so)) great love their dark Chicken meals look forward in going when we can.. eat out here!!!
