Visited and returned as a favourite spot to relax with clients, food, wine selection is excellent, wait times can be a bit of an issue, but the quality of food/wine is worth it, would and have returned on a regular basis

Good spot if you enjoy a patio for meeting and chatting with friends. Menu is mediocre. Wings ok and the steak sandwich personal favourites.

Last Saturday, I enjoyed a relaxing lunch with my family at Borealis. Our meals prepared by Chef John-David were all delicious. We agreed that Borealis needs to be a place we come to more often. Sabrina looked after our table today and was pleasant and efficient with her service. We also enjoyed catching up with Luigi who stopped by our... More

I went with three good friends to Borealis for some locally sourced food. This was our first time to visit this restaurant. The room where we were seated was in the old schoolhouse portion of the restaurant. The acoustics were not the best for conversation over the meal. It is very loud as the sounds of the adults with children,... More

We expected more than what we got. Ate upstairs which with the bare hardwood floor, utilitarian seating with no dividers, and bright lighting, felt like we were in a noisy cafeteria, Our waitress was friendly & bubbly, but was forgetful and more intent on making an impression than functional. We asked for 2 bills, one for me & my husband,... More

Attended a meeting at the Borealis. Although the menu looked exciting, the Caesar salad was a disappointment and the Chicken dish was rather tasteless but the vegetables were excellent. The desert was a chocolate torte which was also great. Hopefully, my next visit will be better.

We have been here for afternoon munchies and quiet dinners. We have never been disappointed in the service or the food.We love their local fare although the fresh greens in winter are a little far fetched. No worries it was all good.

I went with a girlfriend after work. We didn't have reservations but it was no problem. We sat in the bar like area that was dimly lit and quiet even though there were big tv's the sound was off. The other areas of the restaurant were busier and more like a restaurant, but I loved the feel of the bar.... More

Recently hosted a work dinner at Borealis in Kitchener and walked away very happy with food, service, price and atmosphere. Host, Court D. and his staff took very good of us. 10/10

Dined at two Borealis restaurants, one in Kitchener/Cambridge and one in Guelph. Not sure if they have more. To me, just an average restaurant with nothing outstanding about it.
