What a wonderful experience to be able to eat inside Midland's old library. Beautiful historical building and the food was phenomenal.

waitress forgot to bring my drink then proceeded to forget to bring my dessert. Poor service. Food ok. Nice decor.

The food and service was excellent in an interesting dining room ( a converted library)! Although dress was casual, the menu was first-class and the variety of choice was very good.

My husband and I stopped in on a Friday evening around 7:30. The restaurant was not busy and we were excited to hear that one of the specials that night was Osso Bucco. We really enjoyed the meal and dessert and found the prices to be very fair. I fine dinner with very little planning.

The staff are very nice; several young ladies who obviously mean well but have had little training and don't seem to know which sections or tables they are responsible for - that is managements' fault entirely - not theirs. The people who run this restaurant need to give these charming servers' some guidance and clean up the shabby atmosphere. This... More

We have eaten here on several occasions after a day hiking and swimming at Awenda Prov. Park. Always have had really good food and wonderful service. The prices are a little steep but nice for the occasional visit. On Friday, we sat outside on the patio, where they let us sit with our dog (it was too hot for her... More

Visiting the area for the first time, we thought we would try The Library to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The atmosphere was nice but the food was awful. We both ordered steaks which were the toughest we've ever had. I couldn't finish mine which is a rarity. When we told the server she said that they can't guarantee the quality... More

What a pleasant evening out with family. All the Salads and Appetizers were great. Salmon was delicious as was the rack of Lamb. Desserts were uniquely served. Service was on the slow side, which is normal. A good time had by all.

This restaurant has wonderful food upstairs - but we especially like the downstairs "study" - on weekends there is live music which is always great and a lively crowd. There is tasty food available if you want something light to go with beer on tap or a glass of wine on a Friday night - coconut shrimp, sweet potato fries,... More

Enjoyed a wonderful Barrielicious meal here and went down and enjoyed the best music ever. Been back twice to enjoy the meals offered in this deal. Wonderful place.
