Description: o is Ciboulette et Cie." Remember the vibrant flavours and a home-cooked meal? Though Canadian families have grown increasingly busy, few of us have forgotten how delicious a home-cooked meal can be. But who has time anymore? Ciboulette et Cie is here to help. We combine superb culinary skills with a passion for fresh, local, hand-picked ingredients to bring the home-cooked meal to your table. All you have to do is sit and enjoy with family and friends. Our concept is simple: We find as many quality, locally sourced ingredients as possible then transform them into delicious, ready-to-eat take-home meals. Whether a family dinner on a Wednesday evening, a gathering at the family cottage, or a romantic dinner for two, we are there to contribute to the experience. Our Commitment Ciboulette et Cie (Chive and Company) is rooted in the community. We create partnerships between producers, farmers, and chefs so that you can enjoy the best our region has to offer. Just like the old General Store was at the heart of the neighbourhood, so too is Ciboulette et Cie. We believe ‘Local’ is more than a trend. Like us, it is here to stay. We have deep roots in this community and we believe your food should too. Unlike a supermarket, or a single-aisle store, we can tell you where your food came from – and chances are it's just up the road. By shopping locally and preparing our ingredients and meals right here in our store, we are ensuring that that the environment and local economy will benefit just as much as you and your family. So come in to our kitchen, and bring something home to yours.

This shop is unique and sells local, homemade products. The menu is great and the food is so delicious! My favorite item is their Ginger-Molasses cookies - you have to try them!

Finally a place that concentrates on local products as much as it can! Eat in, take-out or take home. I've never had a disappointing experience. And the owner never stops upgrading the store to better serve the community. Definitely a must try!

Stopped in on the way home and picked up a Sandwich and coffee to go. The sandwich was just delicious, roast beef, lovely cheddar cheese, wholegrain mustard and caramelized onions. The coffee was really excellent too. There were many different lunch and sandwich options as well as some lovely looking homemade desserts.

We stopped here for lunch while travelling through Midland on a tip from a friend. The sandwich (I had the 'beef') was fantastic.... fresh cut roast beef on grilled multigrain bread with smoked cheese. It was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. If I lived in the area, I'd be addicted to this place for lunch!

A pleasant, friendly place to meet, eat, shop. They use local products with fresh seasonal ingredients. They have great mouth-watering cakes and cookies and will bake a custom cake to your specifications. They also have a catering service for meetings or private dinners. I really enjoy having lunch or just stopping by for coffee and a chat with a friend.

Andre and his team go to great lengths to ensure that your meal is just as requested. They offer a variety of fresh foods, prepared foods and fresh frozen meals for a special treat you can cook at home. If you find yourself in beautiful downtown Midland this fall, be sure to stop in!

I say high quality lunch for the sandwiches made to order - they hadn't been sitting around for hours - and they had healthy ingredients (leaves etc), and no sign of a slop of mayo. We took away a few cakes, which were excellent. We didn't browse the deli selection. Lovely coffee too.
